Fantastic experience: Best gym ever, hands down.

Fantastic experience: Kia ora, I've been around the gym circuit for years and Body fix is a fantastic gym! I’ve been attending since Mar 25 and already seeing a big change in my energy levels and health. I recently completed my annual GP visit and to my pleasant surprise my renal kidney function test came back much improved since my last test 12 months ago. I put this down to the drinking of lots of water during the exercise routines and the satisfaction of an amazing gym. I feel 10 years younger. Nga mihi nui!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Had all the equipment and space for workouts, as well as large class spaces. Clean and good vibes.

Positive experience: Is a great gym with a supportive gym family helping others push themselves. The gym offers a variety of classes, from spin and HITT through to palates and stretching. Having a wide variety of equipment avaliable for use. Is 24hr access. And has a team of personnel trainers you can book with. Definitely 5☆ service, atmosphere and people. Unfortunately rating comes down due to parking difficulties particularly at peak times.

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best gym around. I was so nervous to join a new gym but BodyFix is like no other! Super warm and friendly staff that are so welcoming and accommodating as well as the other gym members! I cant express how safe I feel compared to previous experiences I've had at other gyms. Id move in if I could! Never knew I needed this place until now. Thanks guys xx

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been a part of and I'm not exaggerating. I'm coming up on 2 years of weekly attendance when previously the most I'd manage would be 3 months intermittently. The care the team have for you and your needs is unmatched. There are tons of amazing classes, trainers and great equipment. Always clean, tidy and you're greeted with a smile. Support local you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: Joined at start of the year, had never set foot in a gym in my life so was a bit nervous.... however it couldn't be a friendlier more inviting atmosphere, the staff are super helpful, the trainers are fun and never make you feel like your not up to it. Have tried several classes and enjoyed them all as well as the banter from the other gym users. Its also great value at $26 / week, so there is nothing not to like.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Moo and Michelle are the best there … it’s a great gym with lots of equipment adequate to hurt yourself good and proper. Haven’t tried the classes but looking at one today no one was smiling (it looked like a good workout)

Fantastic experience: 100% awesome gym with the best motivating and friendliest gym family I could ever ask for in Christchurch. I can't stop and am addicted to every class they have to offer every day of the week. My friends who knows I'm not a gym enthusiast are surprised with my motivation as I attend almost every class and now they are addicted just like me! Moo and her team will always greet you by your name always making you feel so welcome. Motivational quotes are everywhere. I absolutely love each quote no matter where your life stands..it somehow can reach to you. It's so clean everywhere in the gym! They provide wet wipes for us to clean up after using the equipments. I super duper love the fact that Bodyfix gym dont smell like some gyms too.

Fantastic experience: The gym that is a family...... Yes this place is more than a gym it is a family. Moo and all the staff are amazing right from the moment you walk in the door. Jess greets you with a smile, Steve gives you cheek, Chris always says high and so on.... The gym has all the equipment that you would ever want to use and if your into classes like spin, hit etc it's all on tap. Located in central Christchurch with heaps of parking why would you want to go anywhere else. These guys have helped me get back into shape and become a better person. Thank you team you are all amazing.. love you heaps XXXX

Fantastic experience: Great place from the minute you step in the gym you are welcomed by smiling faces from both staff and other gym members. They are genuinely interested in what you are up to. They are encouraging friendly and Jess, Moo, Char remember your name. The place is tidy and clean. The classes are always busy they make the gym a fun space and you always feel like you have done the work.

Fantastic experience: An inviting place with exceptional staff and trainers. If you're new to working out or just getting back into it, try this place, I think you'll like it! A range of fitness classes and equipment available. You need to book in ahead for the classes at the moment due to covid.

Fantastic experience: Chris has helped me in recovery from an ankle injury & surgery, and in getting exercise back into my routines after a few years’ idling. Training with him has built strength for me in a way which supports my overall balance and has reduced strain on my ankle, without ever pushing too hard on the injured and sore points. He has offered thoughtful and knowledgeable guidance and encouragement which I value very much.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Chris after a back operation and he has helped me through my rehabilitation showing me the do's and dont's of the gym while building my confidence and strength. Chris always has a smile and friendly banter while pushing me to my limits. If you need a PT then the Body Fixer and Body Fix Gym is your best shot!

Fantastic experience: Chris is a great instructor; he is so motivational and gets you to push yourself even when you think you have nothing left. He is helping me to get my confidence back with walking and balance and will go out of his way to ensure I am doing the correct exercises. Depending on the day I am having he will adjust my routine accordingly - still pushes me to do more! Definitely recommend Chris :)

Fantastic experience: I do PT with Chris and find him motivating, supportive and good fun. I was never a gym person but got introduced to Chris and I am definitely seeing results. He is such a lovely, friendly guy. He makes a PT session enjoyable enough that you want to keep going back :-). I would recommend Chris to anyone. He works out of the Bodyfix Gym which is an AMAZING friendly gym where you are made to feel part of the family

Fantastic experience: Bodyfix is literally the best gym I've ever used. Moo and her team are so welcoming, knowledgeable, dedicated and greet every member by name. They have a huge array of classes available, state of the art equipment and personal trainers to suit everyone. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Before I could join body fix I was training with 2 other gyms . As I suffered a back injury, I did not get the support I required with them. I came across bodyfix as they had good reviews. When I signed up for the trial classes, I could not deny the reviews. This gym was amazing, they have really exciting classes, good equipments and I love their spin class. And Moo who owns the gym is fabulous, she follows up with my back injury and also takes care of the members like her own family. I gained back my confidence that I lost and I am ever so thankful to body fix.

Fantastic experience: This place has a car park at the door! A big plus for me. There is several options of classes and for someone who is not comfortable in these places I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed about being there. The instructor is very experienced in creating a class best suited to our needs and gives personal instruction so that we get the best out of a class.

I've always been more of a 'put your headphones on, keep to yourself, do your workout then go home' kind of person, but at Bodyfix you are compelled to take your headphones off and chat with the other members who all seem to be on a permanent happy buzz. That positive vibe starts with the owners and flows down to all the staff and clients. Not the biggest gym in CHCH, but certainly the gym with the biggest heart. My only regret is that I didnt find Bodyfix earlier :)

Fantastic experience: I luv going to Body Fix. The atmosphere is very friendly and the team feels very connected. The team are focused on what each individual is trying to achieve. They offer a great range of classes and like to mix it up and change routines! Bodfix is also community focused with lots of fund raisers held for very good causes. It is an awesome experience with achievable results as they never give up!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! There are plenty of really skilled trainers who are brilliant at getting results from you. The equipment is excellent, and the atmosphere is friendly but focused, which helps to push you forward. I quit my last gym for this one. Both have a similar low weekly price, but Bodyfix delivers the goods! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Where does someone start when trying to say how good Body Fix is. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming - you are not a number you are a person always. Members welcome new people and it is like a big family, people actually talk to you. The classes are great with such a variety that everyone is catered for no matter their level of fitness, and as you get fitter there is a good progression that keeps pushing you to higher levels. Saying Body Fix is the best gym in Christchurch is an understatement, I have trained at several gyms in the UK and they are not a patch on Body Fix - Body Fix is just awesome. Go Moo and the team, can't wait to see the new premises and the challenges you have in store for us - Body Fix rocks. Rating 100 out of 100

Fantastic experience: I have belonged to a few gyms in my life and this gym by far has the friendliest staff. Lexi on front desk always greets you with a smile and remembers your name. The owner Moo always sends out caring texts. I feel like this gym actually cares about you and your well being, not that you are just another membership number! Love belonging to Bodyfix!

Fantastic experience: I love this place it’s my home away from home. The facilities and equipment are great and are regularly updaeted or added to. The amazing crew of instructors keep their eye on the pulse and are always willing to try new activities and go the extra mile. I love the classes that I attend Yoga, pump, spin, and would love to have more time to try others or even have sessions with the amazing personal trainers. I feel very safe and welcome coming here, never intimidated about what you look like or what you are wearing. I have been coming here for about 6 years and my opinion has only grown. I really love the after hours access that allows me as a busy mum to go early or late around my children, time is no excuse. It is great always being welcomed with a smile or a friendly text or email reminder and the social events each year are a bonus. What sets it apart from other gyms I’ve been to! I think it is the community feel that makes you come back, try something new, go out of your comfort zone it’s just great, other gyms after awhile I’ve lost that zing to keep going, but it never feels monotonous. As for cost, some of my friends say how do I afford it but it is only the cost of a few takeaway coffees, but long term it is my health and my ability to be active for my family you can’t put a cost on that, it’s great value and honestly the only regular outgoing I won’t give up, try Bodyfix you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending BodyFix for 5+ years and love the 'family' feel, which has really helped me to keep it up. I have used the PT service and regularly attend Spin classes. I can't wait until BodyFix moves to it's brand new facilities. I would definitely recommend, especially to people who are usually comfortable in the gym environment.

Fantastic experience: At Bodyfix you are never too old!! How amazing to be closing 70yrs , still going to the gym and loving it. Great selection of suitable classes (at which you can work at your own level), awesome instructors who are understanding and motivating. A place where everyone is friendly. Fantastic experience: Never knew going to a gym could be so comfortable! The team at body fix are so welcoming and encouraging, the classes are super motivational if I'm in the mood for one but most of the time I just use their gym equipment. I love their cardio machines as they have a great unique variety that will destroy you in minutes vs running on the treadmill for hours to try get a sweat up! Couldn't reccomend this gym more, so affordable for what it is offering.

Fantastic experience: Bodyfix's club culture is second to none. Passionate team makes it feel like coming home to your 'fitness family'. Can't rave about them enough. Extremely body-positive and inclusive!

A gym where you can feel that you belong. And this gym keeps making updated with their equipments and adding more..We are all excited for our upcoming new and big area.
