Fantastic experience: The gym that is a family...... Yes this place is more than a gym it is a family. Moo and all the staff are amazing right from the moment you walk in the door. Jess greets you with a smile, Steve gives you cheek, Chris always says high and so on.... The gym has all the equipment that you would ever want to use and if your into classes like spin, hit etc it's all on tap. Located in central Christchurch with heaps of parking why would you want to go anywhere else. These guys have helped me get back into shape and become a better person. Thank you team you are all amazing.. love you heaps XXXX

Fantastic experience: Great place from the minute you step in the gym you are welcomed by smiling faces from both staff and other gym members. They are genuinely interested in what you are up to. They are encouraging friendly and Jess, Moo, Char remember your name. The place is tidy and clean. The classes are always busy they make the gym a fun space and you always feel like you have done the work.

Fantastic experience: An inviting place with exceptional staff and trainers. If you're new to working out or just getting back into it, try this place, I think you'll like it! A range of fitness classes and equipment available. You need to book in ahead for the classes at the moment due to covid.

They have a huge array of classes available, state of the art equipment and personal trainers to suit everyone. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Before I could join body fix I was training with 2 other gyms . As I suffered a back injury, I did not get the support I required with them. I came across bodyfix as they had good reviews. When I signed up for the trial classes, I could not deny the reviews. This gym was amazing, they have really exciting classes, good equipments and I love their spin class. And Moo who owns the gym is fabulous, she follows up with my back injury and also takes care of the members like her own family. I gained back my confidence that I lost and I am ever so thankful to body fix.

Fantastic experience: This place has a car park at the door! A big plus for me. There is several options of classes and for someone who is not comfortable in these places I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed about being there. The instructor is very experienced in creating a class best suited to our needs and gives personal instruction so that we get the best out of a class.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to gyms for over half my life but I've never experienced anything like the family culture that exists at Bodyfix before. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly faces and people who genuinely care about you. I've always been more of a 'put your headphones on, keep to yourself, do your workout then go home' kind of person, but at Bodyfix you are compelled to take your headphones off and chat with the other members who all seem to be on a permanent happy buzz. That positive vibe starts with the owners and flows down to all the staff and clients. Not the biggest gym in CHCH, but certainly the gym with the biggest heart. My only regret is that I didnt find Bodyfix earlier :)

Fantastic experience: I luv going to Body Fix. The atmosphere is very friendly and the team feels very connected. The team are focused on what each individual is trying to achieve. They offer a great range of classes and like to mix it up and change routines! Bodfix is also community focused with lots of fund raisers held for very good causes. It is an awesome experience with achievable results as they never give up!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! There are plenty of really skilled trainers who are brilliant at getting results from you. The equipment is excellent, and the atmosphere is friendly but focused, which helps to push you forward. I quit my last gym for this one. Both have a similar low weekly price, but Bodyfix delivers the goods! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Where does someone start when trying to say how good Body Fix is. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming - you are not a number you are a person always. Members welcome new people and it is like a big family, people actually talk to you. The classes are great with such a variety that everyone is catered for no matter their level of fitness, and as you get fitter there is a good progression that keeps pushing you to higher levels. Saying Body Fix is the best gym in Christchurch is an understatement, I have trained at several gyms in the UK and they are not a patch on Body Fix - Body Fix is just awesome. Go Moo and the team, can't wait to see the new premises and the challenges you have in store for us - Body Fix rocks. Rating 100 out of 100

Fantastic experience: I have belonged to a few gyms in my life and this gym by far has the friendliest staff. Lexi on front desk always greets you with a smile and remembers your name. The owner Moo always sends out caring texts. I feel like this gym actually cares about you and your well being, not that you are just another membership number! Love belonging to Bodyfix!

Fantastic experience: I love this place it’s my home away from home. The facilities and equipment are great and are regularly updaeted or added to. The amazing crew of instructors keep their eye on the pulse and are always willing to try new activities and go the extra mile. I love the classes that I attend Yoga, pump, spin, and would love to have more time to try others or even have sessions with the amazing personal trainers. I feel very safe and welcome coming here, never intimidated about what you look like or what you are wearing. I have been coming here for about 6 years and my opinion has only grown. I really love the after hours access that allows me as a busy mum to go early or late around my children, time is no excuse. It is great always being welcomed with a smile or a friendly text or email reminder and the social events each year are a bonus. What sets it apart from other gyms I’ve been to! I think it is the community feel that makes you come back, try something new, go out of your comfort zone it’s just great, other gyms after awhile I’ve lost that zing to keep going, but it never feels monotonous. As for cost, some of my friends say how do I afford it but it is only the cost of a few takeaway coffees, but long term it is my health and my ability to be active for my family you can’t put a cost on that, it’s great value and honestly the only regular outgoing I won’t give up, try Bodyfix you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending BodyFix for 5+ years and love the 'family' feel, which has really helped me to keep it up. I have used the PT service and regularly attend Spin classes. I can't wait until BodyFix moves to it's brand new facilities. I would definitely recommend, especially to people who are usually comfortable in the gym environment.

Fantastic experience: At Bodyfix you are never too old!! How amazing to be closing 70yrs , still going to the gym and loving it. Great selection of suitable classes (at which you can work at your own level), awesome instructors who are understanding and motivating. A place where everyone is friendly. Fantastic experience: Never knew going to a gym could be so comfortable! The team at body fix are so welcoming and encouraging, the classes are super motivational if I'm in the mood for one but most of the time I just use their gym equipment. I love their cardio machines as they have a great unique variety that will destroy you in minutes vs running on the treadmill for hours to try get a sweat up! Couldn't reccomend this gym more, so affordable for what it is offering.

A gym where you can feel that you belong. And this gym keeps making updated with their equipments and adding more..We are all excited for our upcoming new and big area.

Helpful and encouraging . Bodyfix is a place where you feel comfortable , everyone is friendly , a range of ages , a place where you don't feel self-conscious or out-of-place.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Bodyfix pretty much since they opened their doors. Great gym, welcoming, caring, friendly and encouraging. Trainers and group instructors are great and really know their stuff. There is a wide variety of classes and something for everyone and they are up to date with the latest exercise activities. And, we all love Moo the owner who keeps us on our toes!

I like doing the classes because they have the right mix of pushing you harder, whilst allowing you to go at your own pace. Mainly its the awesome people, both staff and members that make this gym.

Luckily, Bodyfix avoids them all :) An experienced crew have really put into practice all the awesome things they must have learnt over the years and the end result is a boutique gym that's just a positive place to be.
