Fantastic experience: My first ever time at a gym and have only been going for 2 weeks but already can see a difference. Highly recommend signing up for the 10 day pass. This place is never overcrowded or too busy during the times we go. No locked in contracts or admin fees. You unlock the door via the QR code and app so you don't pay a fee for the key card like most gym. Not only are the owners and trainers great but also the other gym members are very friendly. Makes the place welcoming and not intimidating. The showers are nice and clean. The womens bathroom also has a couple of straighteners and hairdryers. The water fountain is nice and cool. We can find a park most of the time as there's a few at the front but also a few more at the back.

Fantastic experience: I have worked out at Apollo Fitness a number of times both to push weights as well as attended a group fitness session with my touch team; I liked the fact that the gym is brand new, spacious and not swamped with ego's. Fantastic experience: Anyone wanting to join the MILITARY or even the POLICE, you should do your training here with these guys. Both owners are ex-airforce and they know their stuff. Currently training with Dan who is ex-Airforce & is helping me get up to scratch with the military requirements needed for me to join. The results are awesome (my target was to be G.I.Jane & I can see my transformation getting there). I couldn’t have gotten this far without the support & knowhow from Dan. He has been my pillar of support and I will be forever grateful for this. The Benefits I found when I moved from a commercial cookie cutter gym out weighted the extra cost to pay, which is only about the cost of a coffee a week: -There is a limited number that can join so it’s never gonna be over crowed. -Crisp clean showers with Awesome pressure. -All new high tec gear -Always get a friendly ‘hello’ from desk staff -Never judged, only supported. -Physio on sight -Personal Programmes written out so if you don’t have your PT, then you know what you need to carry on with.

Fantastic experience: Apollo Fitness are a cut above the rest. The gym is always clean and tidy, and they have a membership threshold so it’s never crowded. The owners are hands on and front facing, meaning there’s always a friendly face at the desk when you arrive and happy to help if needed. The gym has classes, personal trainers and in-house physio. I have been training with Owner/Trainer Dan for 3 years, and would never consider leaving. He’s changed my way of thinking around health and fitness, holds me accountable, and pushes me to hit goals. 100% recommend Apollo Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Friendly people and awesome new equipment in a clean environment. Particularly impressed with their power rack area - loads of space! The owners are very knowledgeable and supportive, and I've heard good things about the group classes, though haven't been to one myself. Great gym.

Fantastic experience: A great gym, with lots of modern, clean and easy to use equipment. The staff and trainers are friendly, supportive and really knowledgeable - wouldn't have made such progress on my goals without the team @ Apollo. Their PT sessions are enjoyable and reasonably priced too!

Fantastic experience: Apollo Fitness is hands down the best gym in town. If you want to get results, have a great time and get the best advice then look no further! This gyms got all you'll ever need from modern equipment, experienced staff and top quality facilities. There's towels and showers for those quick lunch break workouts, and in house physio's for more long term workout plans. If Dwayne The Rock Johnson ever came to Christchurch, Apollo would be the gym he'd come to! Since coming to Apollo to see Dan and his professional, friendly team I've realised how unhappy I was and what a mistake I'd made going to any other gyms. Do your body a favour and get to Apollo! You'll wonder why it took you so long!
