Fantastic experience: This is my place of workout ever since I landed in NZ for the past 4 years. The owner Darren and his wife Kelly are good persons and family of faith. This place is calm and not crowded at all. Would recommend to anyone in and around Linwood, Aranui community to this place.

Negative experience: Have messaged twice and called and no one replies. Suppose nothing's changed since the bad review 2 years ago, still no customer service!

Negative experience: Zero customer service and left a VM for Olivia "manager" for a signup and questions and still no response. I guess that's why they are a "hidden gem" as other reviews have advised because they don't answer their phones/email. Don't waste your time.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym. I have being a member here for 4years and this gym has all the gear u need. It may not have the latest equipments like the other gyms but nothing beats old school gyms. Staff are awesome and everyone who trains here get along well and also helping each other when needed. It's all abt building friendship trust enjoyment and most important Love for one another. Come and see for yourself and enjoy what this gym has to offer. Great parking also and has really good showers and bathroom facilities. Olivia & Her Father who look after the Gym are really awesome people and good to get along with.
