Positive experience: Moko Kanohi friendly. Busy in mornings. Iv had the whole gym to myself lots I like going at 11ish-2 so don't go at my times please so its not busy please lol just joking I think I have to transfer now anyway as iv moved but I wna leave a review the oldies are so nice and so consistent its so encouraging seeing them go hard everyday. Fantastic experience: Très bonne salle de sport, elle possède un beau rack de tractions modulables pour y installer ses exercices de bench ou squat. Les haltères sont disponibles en quantité et montent jusqu’à 50kg. Une petite salle de cardio et disponible quand il n’y a pas de cours. La salle est peu fréquentée durant les horaires de pointes (4pm to 8pm). Le personnel est adorables et très accueillant. Il y également des équipements disponibles en libre services tel qu’une ceinture de leste, de la magnésie, des chaînes..

Negative experience: Was accused of going to the toilet in the shower. Trainers are rude and ingnorent was also accused of intimation to others and was asked by a member of the public if i could score methadone. Toilets and showers are really filthy i got a infection in the bladder needs health department looking into the situation dont trust Kane (fatty and deanna (cydelops) theyll lead you down the wrong path

Fantastic experience: A welcoming environment, with very friendly, helpful staff happy to answer any question.The staff ensure every client is happy with their programmes and know how to use all equipment in a safe manner. The entire gym is welcoming even before walking through the door, with excellent lighting, and parking. The staff ensure clients know they are safe as it is a 24hr gym and have a security system in place so there is no need for anxieties at 3am. Clean, fresh interior with facilities. Exceptionally clean !! And the equipment is the best of the best with audio visual screens which helps distract you when you think you can't finish another minute lol I can say this is "the best gym all round" that you would ever set foot into.
