Ora Kinetics

Located in Palmerston North, OraKinetics Clinic is a premier specialized exercise physiology center dedicated to restoring health and vitality through scientific movement. Led by Dr. Lukas and Dr. Sonja Dreyer, Clinical Exercise Physiologists with over 50 years of combined research and clinical experience, OraKinetics bridges the gap between medical treatment and active lifestyle. The clinic operates in collaboration with Te Whatu Ora Midcentral, ensuring high-standard, evidence-based care for the Manawatu community.

OraKinetics offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to individual needs, from fully funded rehabilitation programmes for cardiac, pulmonary, and diabetes patients, to private musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions like arthritis or cancer, or seeking preventative care for metabolic health, our specialists design personalised exercise prescriptions to restore function and reduce pain. We also provide advanced diagnostic testing, including CPET exercise tests, spirometry, and metabolic rate assessments, to precisely tailor your health journey.

In addition to in-clinic care, OraKinetics supports the wider community through corporate wellness programmes that boost employee health and productivity, and innovative Advanced Home Rehab packages that bring clinical supervision to your doorstep. With a holistic approach that addresses physical, psychological, and lifestyle factors, OraKinetics is your partner in achieving long-term health, mobility, and well-being.
