NRG Gym Gore

Negative experience: Not came back . I found to be overpriced for the quality offered. There’s no AC, many machines are old and broken, and the cleanliness is lacking—especially the dirty, rusted toilets , building have big cracks I dont know how the BWOF is cleared of this building . The ripped gym and dumble layer broken mats are a concern too. I suggest taking a free tour before deciding to join. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: I love our NRG Winton gym. It’s awesome. We have the most patient knowledgeable and lovely bloke Andy Milligan working with our group of ladies who are from over 50s age bracket. He’s helped us gain strength, balance and all with heaps of fun.

Negative experience: Gym equipment is bad, for the amount you pay for a casual day pass. also shit air flow, too hot and humid.

Fantastic experience: Steph & Mary have been incredibly supportive, attentive, non-judgemental and passionate about motivating me to stay on track with my goals or to get back into it, when I’ve fallen off the wagon. Their bubbly personalities and great attitude towards clients eased the initial anxiety I had about making a start. They tailor sessions to suit my needs, work safely around injuries, and go above and beyond to help me reach my fitness goals. They make classes fun and achievable for every fitness level and offer clean & inviting GYM atmosphere. I love how they work together as a team to make sure I have options available when one trainer is away, which enables me to stick to my workout schedule and this demonstrates their commitment to their clients wellbeing and fitness journeys. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great positive atmosphere .always welcoming smiles from the staff. Plenty of variety of equipment. Not only great for the body but for the mind also.. top it off with a suana for that needed relaxation.. keep up the great work team . Ur the gym for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since about May. Since being with them they have helped me with and been understanding with my epilepsy, the personal training sessions and classes have been amazing. The personal trainers are incredible and know how to optimize what you want to achieve and would highly recommend even if 30 minutes once a week it is worth it. I am more motivated more now, I am feel healthier and have a goal s. It has improved me in so many areas, I've lost 7kg and looking forward to what this year brings! Goal setting!

Negative experience: No longer a Total Body fitness, now a 24 hr private membership gym with limited public access and casual sessions, has 2 different sets of opening hours, one on door that is visible when driving past and one on paper stuck beside door in small print. However found it wasn't open and staffed during any of those hours for the day I visited.

Positive experience: I have been there first time, it looks fine.
