Fantastic experience: Well equipped

Negative experience: Locked in for a year don't do it, always packed, no parks groups of kids always hogging machines and on there phones. Possibly the worst gym I've ever been to

Fantastic experience: Trained with Amber with 2 others. One of, if not the best workout iv ever had. Can't walk currently would definitely do it again. Wonderful gym with wonderful trainers. Would recommend for anyone on any level

Negative experience: Scummy tactics such as taking money from your account despite requesting cancellation multiple times, refusal to refund anything despite months of inactivity - requires hours of your own time in phone calls and follow ups to get anything done. Not recommended due to the disgusting way they WILL leech your funds for as long as they can

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Just trained with Jacob today. He was lovely and very positive thruout! You get to meet lots of new people here and talk to the trainers about anything! 100% recommended!

Fantastic experience: I visited this place one week ago and found it mind boggling with the amount of equipment and different types of areas in this place that you can use. the staff member there Emma very good and very so helpful. I am going to join once my back comes right the place is very clean and looks well organised I noticed the car park outside is huge. And excellent axis to the complex.

Positive experience: Place looks great but beware of being charged extras. Was not given all details, signed up, now have no idea how to use machines etc without having to pay more per hour to be shown.

Fantastic experience: I've visited a lot of City Fitness in New Zeland and i must say this one is my favorite! The crew is so nice and the place is super clean ! There are lot of machines and they all are well maintained.

Positive experience: Nice equipment and staff. Missing a space for kids though. Couldn't go workout with my wife a few times because kids are not aloud in the building. A really shame.

Negative experience: Big in size but most the equipments have only one each and lots of people mucking around them making you to change your training plan completely just to not stop the exercises. It’s not worthy!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, great price and lots of equipment. I am in so much pain.

Positive experience: It's a commercial gym, so expect commercial culture here. Has most equipment needed to work out, but if you're programming, busy hours may not suit as equipment needed may be in use. Staff are very friendly. Areas are always clean. Toilets and showers are roomy and also always clean. FYI: No boxing equipment. It's NOT a crossfit gym. However, they do have a HIIT area, which is only accessible to black & premium memberships. They have rules (as do many gyms). However, first gym, I've been to where they do not allow members to wear hoodies over your head (for safety purposes). You're not allowed to carry your gym bag with you in the gym - even if you're using an actual city fitness bag (safety again cause people can trip on them however, personally I don't see anything wrong when bags are close to person & out of the way). You cannot use other plates on platform other than the bumper ones stacked at platform (this may damage and scuff the area). Just to clarify, it's OK to use other smaller plates so long as they're not touching the platform (iylyk). I along with my family have accessed this gym about 14 months? & although we find our way to utilise this gym, I think this information may be helpful for people to consider before signing up a whole year.

Positive experience: Great gym with a lot of equipment. Be cool if they had a assault bike. Casual visit was $20, seems a bit more on expensive side but not totally sure what other gyms charge. All in all would go back

Fantastic experience: Excellent value for a gym. The Abundance studio with yoga and pilates totally worth it. Clean and new. There are a lot of gym bunnies but also a lot of normals.

Positive experience: Great love the abundance classes. Hence why I joined. And the easy use if weights .. the clean and updated environment. No need to bring shampoo, soap , hair dryers all provided. Lots of car spaces and friendly staff and people .
