Positive experience: Very good facilities. I'm a student member of the gym and sauna, but there are also martial arts classes and a physiotherapist. The gym equipment is excellent quality and very good variety. Very affordable too.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in to Art of Combat as a casual while I was in Palmy visiting family. The facility is spacious, very clean and tidy. Marty is a great coach, awesome pad holder, asked heaps of questions and taught me some new stuff in the short time I was there. Thanks guys, I will definitely come back on my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Thanks Marty for taking our group of 55 - 75 year olds at short notice. We had a great time. Learning the basics of boxing. It was so good, some of the older guys are keen to take it up as a way of keeping fit when the get back home to the Waikato. It's a shame we don't live in Palmerston North as I am sure you would see some of our group take up boxing for fitness.
