Fantastic experience: I attended my first class at Skill and was trained by Aleisha. It was such a fun and high energy class. Aleisha was professional and knew what she was talking about when it came to exercises and correct technique which helped heaps. She also pushes you so you're never slacking off or working less than you are capable of.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Skill enough!! The classes, trainers and community and amazing! I love how there’s a good variety of classes/times to chose from each day with all exercises and every session being very well thought out and tailored perfectly. Love being pushed out of my comfort zone with the Mighty classes too, focusing more on the Olympic lifts. Lastly, I love that they incorporate a yoga class on a Sunday
