CrossFit^® Te Arawa

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend crossfit Te Arawa!!! I always wanted to give crossfit a go but was always looked over or put in the too hard basket to train due to my weight. So I seen an add from Te Arawa, crossfit for all. First week free. I went in & felt at home, everyone was so welcoming, supportive, encouraging & friendly, the trainors professional, friendly, supportive & go out of their way make everyone and every body size comfortable to come in and train & they train them too their potential keeping them motivated & pushing them too be the best they can be. supportive for all age groups my children love training & love the atmosphare they always feel welcome, greeted with hugs, fist pumps & smiles. Willy & Carol are such an insperation they showed me it is okay too start when you are in your journey weither it be weightloss, building muscle, better technique or whatever it maybe just show up, give it your all, they have been great motivators & mentors for our whānau

Fantastic experience: Locals first week Is free!! The crossfit gym and equipment is so well looked after!! Crossfit tearawa is the best!! Willy is such a fantastic coach and so easy to learn from... he is very patient kind and encouraging! And his wife Carol is also very helpfull and kind... and the people that come are also very friendly. Willy creates such an awesome fun and motivating atmosphere... lol im hooked... if you want to get in awesome shape from guidance and encouragement from an awesome coach and meet new people come to crossfit tearawa.

Fantastic experience: After dropping in for sessions at a multitude of CrossFit boxes these last years, I can absolutely say CrossFit Te Arawa is, by far, the best and most welcoming box I've ever been to! The gym itself is in a wonderful location, the gear is outstanding, the athletes are friendly and welcoming as well as the coaches who are also polite and well prepared. In summary, this is a box where WOD's flow smoothly while you feel surrounded by an incredibly positive vibe. When back to Rotorua, I will definitely return to CrossFit Te Arawa in order to enjoy everything again!
