Fantastic experience: Great gym with a fantastic range of equipment including full power lifting, sauna and ice bath.

Negative experience: REALLY DIRTY. Dust and grime everywhere you look. Bathrooms not well maintained, floors filthy. Extremely poor air conditioning. Overall really disgusting gym. Been like this for numerous months. Left gym membership solely due to the extremely poor upkeep, mentioned my reasoning and still no change! A smile or hello from receptionist would have been nice too! Shocking

Fantastic experience: Plenty of machines, a good place to workout

Fantastic experience: I’ve come from cheap gyms like city fitness and anytime. But Since coming to flex Mount, it’s clear that there isn’t a gym like this!! From the cheeky smirk at the front desk to the hardcore and hard working gym goers, motivation is easy to find. I couldn’t imagine going to another gym, plus it’s 5min from the beach ❤️ and summer is around the corner

Negative experience: The cleanliness is poor, fans are extremely dirty. The amount of dust and debris accumulated on them are concerning, especially for a facility that promotes health and wellbeing.

Negative experience: Cons: Severely let down by lack of cleaning & maintenance and sadly have shown minimal desire to listen when given feedback, instead giving excuses rather than some assurance services will be addressed. Place has puddles all over gym floor from roof when it rains. Unfriendly reception staff. Crowded at peak times. Pros: It does have a wide range of equipment (although things stay broken quite a while), and it’s in a good location. The rest of the flex gyms are great.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town! Chill enough for newbies but serious enough gear for competitors. Spacious so you don’t feel cramped and has a nice vibe about the place. Also has a good mix of classes and even sauna and ice bath facilities.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Always tidy and heaps of equipment to choose from. A lot of mirrors, good lighting and good vibes.

Fantastic experience: Has everything you need. Great location, the old colonel and his secret recipe down the road makes for the best post work out feed Pretty good parking as well, never found it difficult around 5-12pm. Staff are also always helpful and super friendly - responsive as!

Positive experience: Good equipment and environment, only reason I marked this place down was the 1 day trial was underwhelming as it’s not enough time to get a feel for the gym, and the lady on reception was quite stuck up and not very friendly, didn’t feel very welcome coming in here, she didn’t show me around just pointed to where the bathrooms were and cardio equipment was up stairs then carried on, that aside seems like a really good gym and offers a lot of good equipment and services.

Positive experience: A great Gym, just a little to busy and overcrowded with machines for me, but staff are very friendly and welcoming, personally i just prefer a calmer environment (just a personal preference), i would recommend you visit and try the gym

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at flex mount for over 3 years and the gym keeps getting better! With a great range of fitness equipment suitable for any style of training, and no matter where you are on your fitness journey. The supportive atmosphere starts from the moment you walk through the door. Lily has always been incredible at giving me form tips and supporting me through the best plans as a student which is greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend flex fitness mount more. I’ve been a member for approximately 5years now and it just keeps getting better and improving. Especially since Adam and Margie the owners have put the sauna in it just takes it to the next level with extra facilities. The staff are all really lovely, especially Ange, she greets every single person who come through that door and makes them feel welcome. They also have great sign up support for new members and ongoing support for long term members. I always feel empowered when I’m working out at flex mount and supported to as for help if I need it at any time. Thanks flex mount!

Fantastic experience: Love flex. Its the gym of choice for my friends and family. The receptionist is very proactive and hands on, helping me orientate my exercises and the machines. I enjoy the evening vibe. Fantastic to see all the new equipment and upgrades.

Positive experience: Pretty good for upper body, no hacksqaut limted leg equipment. It's a pretty big gym, but it only has 1 double pulley.

Positive experience: Reasonably large gym that's otherwise pretty standard, has all the bells and whistles you'd expect from any other corporate gym

Negative experience: Awful - I had genuine safety concerns training here. Benches with no safety bars, and it was a struggle to find weights clips that shut properly. On top of that the gym was messy with weights in the all over the place, and I wasn't training at a peak time.
