We are a programme-driven training facility with programmes to cater for the diverse needs of children, youth, high performance athletes and the general population.
AF Kids is designed to teach kids (age 5 -10) the fundamentals of training, essential during this phase of physical development. Kids will have the opportunity to improve movement skills, strength, speed, agility, and flexibility in a fun games based environment.
