Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with everything you need for a solid workout, run by a great guy who was even on call on Easter Monday to help me access the gym. Plenty of equipment with lots of free weights, including in upstairs cardio area which is handy. Really clean gym with a good atmosphere. Thanks Pete!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I went to the gym. We called the owner to see if we could for the day & he let us in for free. He wasn’t there but managed to open the door for us to get in which was lovely. Great spot, got the essentials, vintage space but love it. Thank you for the great experience!

Negative experience: Very difficult to contact and it was hard to cancel membership.
The $10 per week, three year minimum term promos memberships require you to complete the three year minimum term contract as agreed Rini. They are priced so that you can afford to go and so that you can afford not to go.
If you don’t like being held to the three year minimum term, then you should have signed up on a shorter term or the UNFIXED term, all priced accordingly to the commitment agreed.
I’ve checked through our email correspondence and i do not see any missed email responses from myself and note that you left the facility early last year..
Please note that we have a 3-5 business day response as i do not staff the facility full time. And this is reflected in our pricing structure to ensure members get value for money.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Really cool atmosphere, great music, great equipment and really good quality weights. Heaps of dumbbells up to very high weights for stronger lifters. The cardio equipment is on the second floor and is eye level with the big screen projector which projects whatever is selected on the community computer by the people/person currently working out, which adds a nice touch to the workout - never miss your favorite show or sports game for a workout when you can do both at the same time at Renegade! The colored lights add a cool and fun vibe as well. The owner, Pete, is very friendly, a unit of a man, and is an overall great human to know and befriend. Love this gym, definitely check it out!

Negative experience: equipment is in poor condition, or broken (leg extension, leg press). Communication with manager/owner is extremely difficult and time consuming. Cannot recommend. Refused to cancel my membership on medical grounds, even with a certificate from a specialist.

Negative experience: Gym is old and outdated and normally a mess. Contracts are also very dodgy and instead of lapsing they carry on. Owner is also very inconsiderate when it comes to injuries.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this gym at all, contract terminations are very dodgy. They don't answer emails or texts as they are supposed to and there's no one there to go talk to. I have finished my contract over a month ago, and I'm still being charged as if I was still going.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great, they have a big selection of machines you can work out with on two levels so theres loads of space for everyone (it’s such a plus that it’s 24hours). Love it you can select stuff to watch on the big screen and the people who go there are chilled and friendly

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience. The gym has everything you need for a great workout, for each muscle group. Free weights, machines, barbell cages, are set up for an efficient and effective workout. The place is clean and well maintained. The sanitizing wipes dispensers are located throughout the gym to wipe the machines and the be benches. For a compact space, it doesn’t get better than this gym (i have been to many gyms in the US). Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, love the layout, projector screen, air con but especially the twin stack weight plates so I can work each side independently excellent when recovering from an injury. :D
Fantastic experience: Used this gym for 3 weeks while visiting. Gym was pretty much empty every time I went. Although it is small by square footage it has everything you need including showers. Sign-up is completely online, Pete is great and gave me immediate access to the gym. Also discontinued my membership with no issues.

Fantastic experience: Small compact and not very busy which means there is great access to all the equipment you need. There is every people of equipment available that you may need for body building.
Negative experience: Signed up for what I thought was a 3 month membership, but was charged for an additional 2 months for a non returned keycard. Returned the card and asked for all outgoing payments to stop and still got charged another 2 weeks of fees. Pete declined a refund of the fees after returning my card. Wasn't delt with in good faith. Disappointed to say the least
As stated, Renegade Fitness does not receive any payments from account charges incurred due to insufficient funds in the account, nor do we have any control over account fees charged due to errors/mistakes clearly made by the client. As also stated, if the facility have made a mistake then we would rectify it. We are not at fault here Heidi…you are! I had wavered the 1 week notification period for you as a good will gesture despite your mistakes ((1)failure to terminate your contract correctly by failure to return the swipe card…which remains the property of Renegade Fitness and is an obvious security risk and (2) failure to ensure adequate funds in the account for the final payment owed). The terms and conditions are clear, and it is solely your responsibility to abide by them. Rather then ask politely why your account hadn’t been cancelled you proceeded straight into accusations that we are corrupt! We are not to blame for your inability to ensure you have done what little was required of you.
