Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been working out here for about a year, and am consistently impressed with Dale's friendliness, knowledge and help. He's built a great culture of a supportive, friendly bunch at the classes and there's lots of laughter (though lots of hard work too)!! It's not awkward or snobby like other gyms I've been too. Highly recommended.
