Fantastic experience: Have found the warrior goddess program a game changer for me. With my focus being on fitness and not the scales the 3D scans have helped to keep me focused and motivated. I really enjoy the variety that Carolyn brings to her PT sessions, and I feel this directly relates to my progress as I’m the type of person who needs that push. She also brings a wide range of expertise on when to increase weights or change exercises due to injuries. If you are wanting to change your lifestyle in a friendly and supportive environment then this is the program for you.

Such a welcoming, non - judgmental atmosphere where the girls are all there for the same reason as you, wanting to improve themselves without that intimidating feeling a unisex gym can make you feel. Fantastic experience: Honestly I was so intimidated to go to the gym and I was overthinking it for so long before I joined. The hardest part was definitely walking through the door, then the trainers and staff made me feel so welcome and so comfortable, I felt an immediate sense on warmth and confidence. I feel so much better about myself as well. Having an all female gym is also great as a person with trauma surrounding certain topics, and it makes me feel so much better knowing I am in a safe space built for people like me. I am having so much more fun than I thought I would and I am so happy I made the decision.

Fantastic experience: I used to find gyms so scary and nerve racking but after going to go girls for almost a year, it’s now the favourite part of my day. I love that its an all girls gym and unlike other gyms, you don’t feel like your being looked up and down or judged no matter what stage of your fitness journey your at. Staff and other members are all super lovely and always happy to help when your stuck or need some guidance. Staff may not like how “quiet” they are but I love not having to wait for machines or stress about how busy the gyms going to be even at peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend Go Girls to anyone who is wanting to join a gym, especially those who get anxious about joining!

Fantastic experience: I started with the gym as way to rebuild my body after having neurological problems, since starting I have found the vibe and the support outstanding!!! I have been going 5 days p/w and absolutely love it. I'm able to now put socks on without having to stop midway and take a breath, I can feel my arms at my side and am able to get back to walking my fur babies which was 1 o f my biggest goals. I had my 2nd 3D scan today and I have lost 14cms, and almost 2kg in a space of 4 weeks biggest of thank yous to Carolyn and Olivia aka ADHD on legs without the vibe and support u girls give out I dnt think I would of dug in the way I have ❤❤❤

Fantastic experience: The explanation of what I was to do and what would happen and my results were very helpful and had me at ease The lady that took me through the scan was really enthusiastic and so nice and made the body scan experience even more enjoyable. I was very impressed with how much information it gathered and now can be kinder to myself because I felt like I might still have a little too much fat and not enough muscle when that's not really the case. Fantastic experience: Great gym. Friendly staff. I am doing warrior goddess programme and the support of others helps you try harder. Everyone works at their own pace and the trainers can adapt the session for beginners or seasoned goddesses and give tips to improve form. The 3D body scans are great for overall body assessment instead of focussing on just weight

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, spacious with a variety of equipment as well as plenty of classes they offer which they make super fun! Well worth the money. Bonus points for being an all woman’s gym. The staff are super welcoming, very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend, no matter what stage your at with training/exercise they will help your success and get you on the right path along with accommodating your needs/wants without hesitation. Its a big gym family where everyone supports everyone. Wish I joined them years ago!!

The trainers are awesome and always so helpful, welcoming and have wonderful smiles on their faces, they have a variety of gym equipment for all needs. The atmosphere of the gym is always so inviting, motivating and positive. the monthly body scans are an added bonus and are a very helpful tool to be able to see your progress each month! Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I joined this gym one of the best decisions I made. The PTs here are amazing they are so motivating, friendly, welcoming and push you to reach your goals everyday. They change and adapt workouts that suits you especially if you're injured. I joined the warrior goddess program an been doing it for two months and have seen lots of changes an the classes are so much fun.

Fantastic experience: Having been away from gyms for many years, I definitely feel like a beginner again so the vibe is super important. These guys have it nailed. Everyone is so friendly and the trainers know and use everyone's names for example (incl after I'd only been there a week). You definitely feel like a real person and not just another customer. The gym's in an older building in town which could use some love but the machines and equipment are all excellent. Clean, tidy and with lovely knowledgeable people. You can't go wrong.

Fantastic experience: I use to go to go girls before I moved to aus in 2014 and this year I returned for two months to see family but also reset and try create some healthy habits to then return to aus a better me so I signed back up to go girls and have been loving it . In just a short 2 months go girls have helped me so much with my health and understanding of the scale doesn’t mean anything when you can really see how your body is changing . I feel so supported with my workouts and truly enjoying going to the gym each morning.

Fantastic experience: Been attending this gym for yoga, anti-gravity and pole lessons. All of which are coached by different women who uphold the same level or professionalism, knowledge and relatability. It's a fun environment where they push you to succeed all while assisting at your level. It's a no-judgement zone and I feel very at home there.

I joined the warrior goddess programme 10 months ago and have had some incredible results. With working hard in the fantastic group fitness classes and help with nutrition i have managed to lose 6kg and 27cms in 3 months! and its great to have the styku body scanner so you can see your results/ changes. I was pretty scared and nervous to join a gym but once your through the door at go girl Physique you become part of a huge family, they are so welcoming and supportive i cant recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: This class has been a game changer for me. I am time poor so this works well. 45minutes 3x per week. I have been able to commit to that. There is times when it is hard to get there but I feel so good once I am finished. Having to be accountable each week, having someone there to push you and most of all the positivity that everyone gives is amazing. Love the program and 5 months in I am feeling so much fitter and stronger.
