Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and good at having a conversation and the environment is very welcoming. The gym is clean and the machines are well maintained. The staff are very helpful if you have any challenges or you don't understand something. I really enjoy it and could not recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Up until one year ago, I’ve always said I’d never ever join the gym! But thanks to a FB post by some amazing gym owners, I joined up for a year. That year is almost up, and I’m ready for the next year! I started out with the lightest weights possible, and I’m now pushing 80kgs on the leg press, and my body is getting stronger and stronger! I get FOMO when I can’t get there Shout out to Anne Laing and Tim Bean and the amazing crew at Performance Health Club in Timaru! (the biggest and coolest gym I’ve ever been too)
