Negative experience: Very bad experience. Never go again and recommend to anyone. In 1hour appointment I was 10minute late. I was sorry and rebook. they could have accepted me for another 45minute. Sometime you can't call on the way while driving. They canceled my appointment and I rebook. No one mentioned I will get charged full amount while they canceld me from their side. They should not be charge if you place someone for my appointment. Next day they asking me pay charge $45 + $25 with ACC the day I attened. Manager was super rude and start saying 15minute late you have to pay for yesterday. and do you appointment tomorrow? Sarcastic way. Now owner saying halfway 30minute late thats why they charged me in reply. Not good with patient and understand someone coming for treatment not to face rudeness. Very rude. No one come that late. Not very good experience. Pretty disappointed. Specially person is not in good condition. Still they prefer paitent should fly to come exact time.
Hello Avi, I am sorry you consider your experience to be poor with us. Unfortunately when you arrived nearly half way (20 mins and still had to do consent forms etc) into your assessment and treatment time, so were unable to be seen as we would not have been able to deliver a quality treatment in that time. The clinician had another patient directly after yours. You had been advised that you could not be late after you requested to arrive 30 minutes late from the time you wanted booked. Our no show fee is to deter people from not showing up and had you advised you could not attend, you would not have been charged. Sorry this has happened, all the best.
Fantastic experience: Honestly Lizzie is the best physio I have ever had and I have had some great Physio's over the years. There's something about Lizzie. All the staff at the reception add to my love for this Physio Practice. You can not go wrong here. Had several visits each one helps more and more and I leave smiling every time with gratitude. Hi Marie, thank you for your feedback. Yes we surcharge over and above ACC which is common for most physio practices in NZ. However we have now absorbed strappings into our surcharges.
