Hi,I'm Joanne and I operate Bodyfocus Therapeutic and Relaxation massage. I hope you can find everything you need. Bodyfocus Massage is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - I will do everything I can to meet your expectations. Bodyfocus tailors treatment plans to suit the individual client, be it relaxation or muscle and mobility problems, I look forward to helping you.

I've always enjoyed doing massage and body work on family and friends, so decided to further my knowledge in this area. I started with my Certificate of Relaxation Massage which I loved but still wanted to be able to do more. The Diploma in Therapeutic Massage gave me the challenge I was after.

What I like most about the work I do is the difference I can make to peoples life's, be it escaping the pressures of life for an hour, or more ease of movement and mobility.The satisfaction I get from working with individual clients and making a difference in their day to day life's is beyond anything I have ever had the satisfaction of knowing.

It will be a time for you to ask questions and to get to know your therapist, and I can explain the treatment to you, so you know exactly what to expect.

From then on, you will only discuss your previous treatment and any changes in your life or health. I hope you will see your consultation as the best way of getting the most out of your treatment, and be as open as you can! This is done in order to prioritize your health and the health of your therapist. In the case of certain conditions, sometimes consent will be required from your GP or specialist prior to treatment taking place.
