Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. Plenty of parking, a good price point, friendly staff and has an excellent range of cardio equipment, machines & free weights. I work remotely & don’t go at peak times, but there’s always plenty of gear to use even when it’s busier. The changing rooms are a good size & the showers have awesome pressure. The gym members are friendly & I find the overall atmosphere warm & inviting. The location is a little off the beaten track in Dyer but it’s perfect for me. I get a good workout without having to wait for someone else. I use my own programme but you can access personal trainers. The reception is staffed from around 9.15-2 (times may vary so ring ahead).
