The only problem is I wish there could be more staff on in the afternoon because lot of high school students. They think the equipment is a play ground being stupid with the equipment like the weights sometimes not all though just some.

Fantastic experience: I travel a lot, and have gym memberships in three towns/cities. Pricing is important, and they worked to recommend a package that met my traveling needs. Staff were very helpful post joining as well, happy to explain equipment and assist in any way.

Positive experience: A lot machines but no wall bars for stretches. At busy times loud groups tend to conjugate around the more popular machines making access difficult for other users. Cheapest of the Whangarei gyms however when my year is up I won't be renewing my membership. My suggestions to management about the various issues were acknowledged - thanks - but nothing was done.

Fantastic experience: Been to a few in Auckland cleanliness is a bit lacking our one in whangas is so far the best. one of the ladies not sure of her name but she's always cleaning and picking up after lazy patrons

Fantastic experience: I love how well the trainers really look after their gym space. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting when you walk through those doors.

Fantastic experience: This is a legit facility, really nice and new. Cardio machines have Apple Fitness connectivity, plenty of space and equipment. I hear good things about the classes. Loads of parking particularly in the evenings. Despite being on the other side of town still really accessible.

Fantastic experience: First day today and we loved it. I love the fact you can bring a guess in with you. The gym is so spacious, plenty of variety of equipment for everyone to do. Lovely & clean, the staff are really friendly too. Highly recommended!!!

Negative experience: Had a membership here and cancelled it within 1 month. Walked into the gym, receptionists didn't acknowledge me at all in all my visits there. Feel like at least a simple Hi should be the standard.... instead they looked busy playing on their phones. Seems the staff were unqualified or did not care as young kids were swinging on the barbells in the squat rack. Equipment is cheap and tacky. Invest in better staff and I might give it another go.

Positive experience: Pretty good gym. Great staff and facilities. Only down side is its usually too busy, and some people don't clean machines after use so it gets a little unclean.
