Elevate Gym | Health + Fitness is a premier commercial gym located in Whangarei, New Zealand, dedicated to helping members rediscover their passion for training. Open 16 hours a day, 7 days a week (with staffed hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:15 PM), the facility offers a comprehensive workout environment designed for both independent lifters and those seeking guided support. Situated in the Paramount Plaza area of Tikipunga, Elevate Gym provides a spacious, well-equipped floor that caters to all fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. Plenty of parking, a good price point, friendly staff and has an excellent range of cardio equipment, machines & free weights. I work remotely & don’t go at peak times, but there’s always plenty of gear to use even when it’s busier. The changing rooms are a good size & the showers have awesome pressure. The gym members are friendly & I find the overall atmosphere warm & inviting. The location is a little off the beaten track in Dyer but it’s perfect for me. I get a good workout without having to wait for someone else. I use my own programme but you can access personal trainers. The reception is staffed from around 9.15-2 (times may vary so ring ahead).

Fantastic experience: I train my clients at Elevate. I choose this gym because its clean, great staff, friendly members, banter and affordable rent to opperate my Personal training business. Shout out to Alice the owner who is a genuine lady who cares about the members and there well being.
