Fantastic experience: Amazingly safe pool spot. I take my nephew to swimming as a beginner to Rebecca and he absolutely loves her as well as the class. A little something for everyone and with summer around the corner the outdoor pool will be a great place to hang out

Positive experience: Was told couldn’t bring food in by the redhead pakeha girl even tho I been comming here over 10 years no issue with food and beverages to all of a sudden walk in and see an Indian family eating sandwhiches and chips, double standards.

Negative experience: I had very bad experiences for walking line pool . Is not any safty in walking line pool YMCA in Onehunga. I did few times complen to pool manager shes name liz she was very rude to me for feedback. She have to be first looking after customer safety . Not to be rude to customer for complaints. .

Negative experience: Tried to swim here Sunday evening and there were three lanes for public use, the other three being used by swim school despite online availability saying they should have had two. Of the three available, there was one for walking, one for play and one for swimming... I dont think one lane for swimming is acceptable at a swimming pool, it was already busy and with people going different paces. I was lucky that I had the option to leave and go elsewhere.

Positive experience: Staff are welcoming and friendly and theres ample equipment and machines in the gym but unfortunately the cleanliness of the facilities have been a let down the past few months. The ladies showers for the pools haven’t had a deep clean in what looks/feels like months (floor was grimy and I saw a cockroach in the changing area by the hangers. (Reported to staff at the time)

Fantastic experience: Great Local Onehunga Facility. Sauna, steam - room, spa pool and heated indoor swimming Lanes Aqua-size, water walking and fast Lanes all available Kiddies pool's and lifeguards on duty at all times Training Home to the Mighty New Zealand Warriors NRL Rugby League Team.

Positive experience: 2..in one month. No1. 12July 330pm..roof raing..dripping..water onto seats. I put my 2&5yr grandsons' bags&clothes on a dry seat! Probably only dry seat ..children playg in pool and so was I hold onto 2yr g.son. About.15mins...I saw a woman moving our bags onto a dripping seat !!!! She laid on the seat ..she wearg swim &obviously walked out of the Sauna! I was soo angry I walked to the woman and sed "are you sick"...no reply. She closed her eyes and jus laid feet on top seat...( keep the sauna cool). I threw her jandles out off the chairs (had my clothes on them). She didn't care and kept on resting.. I had move all our clothes bags away from the dripping roof...because the woman didn't care about anyone jus herself! I had tell Staff & reception and pointed to the woman . She had gone to Sauna.... Disrespectful moving things belonging to another...just to lay on long seat. we left home as pissxd off as our bags&clothes were damp due where woman put our stuff under dripping roof! I don't know where she came from...certainly she wasn't born in Aoteoroa for sure ! No2. 2wks ago..g.son 5yr&I finished swimg etc. We walked to Disabled toilet which the receptionist opened front D.toilet. within a few seconds another staff says "this 89yr & daughter needed for Disability toilet". The 30+ daughter was holdg onto her mum's hand So ... the daughter disappeared..drove to wahine toilet..while 45minutes!!! The mother hasn't got out of the D.toilet yet! Staff apologized but the Family room is open. So another member..Liza (she has 2 canes both knees disabled)needed dress....she too waited & sat by the front Disabled toilet while 89yr ...is still inside the D.toilet!!! By time my g.son&I finished dressg etc.i .saw Liza still waiting for 89yr get out of D.toilet. The daughter was sitting on the chair by the main door outside. .... More thanan HOUR..out walks the 89yr well dressed shoes etc holding onto her swim bag and wallet bag... She was not unwell sick or needed Disabledtoilet at all! Both her and daughter lied jus to get inside Disabled shower !!!!. Liza&I are Disabled...and we had wait close to an hour! Daughter glasses 30+ mother 89? both goes to sauna; both not born in Aoteoroa. ..So make sure if you are Disabled and need use Disabled Toilet Shower...!! Tell the Staff x

Negative experience: I don't get why they don't clean it properly. Lots of mould, scum, hair etc everywhere. The floor is literally slime. Sad that this is the standard here?

Fantastic experience: My place to go with my kids,the atmosphere is awesome! Not to mention incredible staffs,the customer services is excellent.

Negative experience: This place is disappointing. It's dirty, so dirty in the bathrooms/shower area I try to avoid at all cost. The pool and ground are also very dirty. The sauna is the worst sauna I've been in. It's barely hot enough, and often the lifeguards forget to turn it on, or by 7:30pm they've turned it off even though it closes at 9. So many people complain and they don't care. There are leaks and water dripping from the ceiling. There seems to be a distinct lack of care for people using the facilities. Oh, and they don't answer the phone, so what is the point in having one? I hope management starts to take seriously the feedback that has been continuously given to them.

Fantastic experience: old school gym, very comfortable for newbies, decent price and all the usual equipment. air con works fine. i like the stairmaster, and someone said something about falling off it in a review, but it actually has a sign next to it saying to turn it on at the wall before using.

Negative experience: This place needs a real good change. sauna is NEVER hot enough. Every one complaining about sauna temperature every time I am in there. Need to start listening to your customers but it seems by all the terrible reviews they don’t care. The showers aren’t consistent - From being freezing cold to too hot which is not good for small children! Twice now have almost fallen from stair master as it has not been turned on in the morning. Your staff needs to remember to turn all the machines on. Think this place needs some serious work before officials need to step in.

Negative experience: My little one recently started swimming classes here, and while I appreciated the enthusiasm of the instructors, I had some concerns about their qualifications and experience. I was told that some of the instructors were still students themselves, which made me question their level of expertise and certification. As a student, I expect to learn from experienced and fully qualified instructors who can provide safe and effective guidance. Also One more area for improvement is that the classes Sometimes didn't start on time. However, the instructors made sure to wrap up the classes as scheduled. Starting late and finishing on time . Onther family also noticed and we discussed about the time how instructed started late and finishing on time. Not going ahead with this swimming classes.. and also NOT recommend to anyone who's wants they little on safe hand. Please teach your instructions make sure they not students.. bcoz this is not a joke.. for life safety. NOT RECOMMENDED for swimming classes.

Positive experience: Great front desk staff and great outdoor pool. My only complain is the sauna never works and better hygiene practices are needed. I found cockroaches on the steam room door. Management kindly take note.

Fantastic experience: Amazing for the kids, the kids love to do manus and just jump of the diving boards

Negative experience: I went there today and my experience was so pathetic. As I always go there with my son and daughter under 13years. They say it's free. Today as I was about to enter inside the lady at the reception yelled at me from the back asking where was I goin. She was so rude. I made a mistake I did not ask her name. On top of that she argued with me saying was rude entering without asking , whereas she couldn't see others goin inside without paying. While coming out she was so busy chatting and that time she couldn't see who was goin inside.

Positive experience: Adult price is getting expensive now.

Negative experience: This pool is very nice but I found the attitude of the staff to be very bad, generally very rude. I felt insulted when the staff loudly kicked me out of the pool just because someone went swimming without seeing me and my friend there. I did not feel respected here. Hopefully I will not see this happen again. I hope the pool owner will review the pool staff.

Negative experience: I was so keen to join and was almost about to pay, then my friend warned me about the ill-kept pool conditions and hygiene issues. I also emailed the team about how the reviews have been so bad and something must be done but received no response.

Negative experience: Went there today and it was my 4month old baby's first visit to the pools , the reception ladies were so polite and very welcoming greeted us with a smile which was pleasant to be welcomed with. Then the pools on the outside was dirty and looked all dirty green and yuck. the changing rooms was so disgusting, we went into the family changing room with me and my husband and baby and it was so dirty and disgusting it smelt like hadn't been serviced for a week or days. It smelt stink of rubbish and nappies in bin for awhile, floors was so dirty yuck with toilet paper and rubbish all over the ground , the nappy bench area to change babies was so filthy like it hadn't been wiped down and overall the room was jus disgusting!! Very unhygienic and does not practice keeping their rooms maintained at a clean sanitized health and safety level in my opinion!!!!! This Compared to Cameron pools , Cameron pools is way cleaner but due to being closed because of maintenance we visited Onehunga such a disappointment for a first time visit for my baby and husband!

Negative experience: Clean up your dirty pools, sauna and steam room, green mould on windows near spa pool area! You are cheating the people who have memberships and have to endure a PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD!

Negative experience: Appalling conditions, the place is run down because of the lack of cleanliness. Black mould on white tiles in the steam room and green slime around the windows next to the spa pool. There is often a stench in the steam and dry sauna due to lack of care and cleaning. They have been politely told by regular customers for a long time but nothing changes. Used to be a great place to go, but for health reasons I avoid now like the plague!

Negative experience: So disappointing, iv been coming here for over 20 years and the pools have extremely declined in cleanliness and hygiene I remember the toilets years ago being clean and smelling like bleach not urine, I was horrified going into the woman’s bathroom to have a shower and get dressed, there was hair all over the ground - big balls of it in the shower, rubbish on the ground smelt disgusting, mould on the walls just not maintained regularly or cleaned properly. The outdoor pool had hair all in it little stones and plasters on the ground. Stream room was properly the only clean place, sauna only one heater working so it’s actually not a hot sauna needs to be fixed, the spa was just disgusting I didn’t even go In it, you can see dead skin on the side of spa, it needs a good clean. Needs a good upgrade

Negative experience: Went for a swim in the outdoor pool but didn’t stay long as it was gross. Milky coloured water, plasters and every stroke you had hair running around though your fingers. Whole place needs a clean.

Positive experience: Ellie Stewart (One of the personal Trainers) was instructing lateral push downs, which you can do with an ever head cable. I wanted to do cable flys, for which you need the cable she was using. I asked politely and with a smile whether she would mind moving to the overhead cable. She responded in a rude and disrespectful way that no, she was using the cable and would not move, not even for me to work in with her. I apologise for a bad review to the rest of the staff who are lovely and kind, but cannot give a positive review with Ellie having been disrespectful to a customer. I am disappointed. Love the rest of the staff

Positive experience: I went today and loved the idea of the place - outdoor pool with spa facility and sauna etc. Front reception was lovely but the lifeguards weren’t monitoring and people repeatedly went from the sauna or steam bath to the jacuzzi. The first time I saw this I mentioned it to the lifeguards. They said gross and would speak to the girl. She was still in the jacuzzi and ignored them. I didn’t see them say anything to the woman and thereafter I watched it happen several times. Also plenty of people in cloths not swimwear so overall have an unclean feeling. Price was cheapest so far in NZ at $7 so that was a plus.

Negative experience: Very poor maintenance. It is very dirty and the toilets are smelly. The spa pool is also not properly maintained. Terrible experience.

Positive experience: Brought my son (2.5 years old) here for the first time was ka pai, alot to keep toddlers busy slides, actually enjoyed it.

Negative experience: At times boisterous teenage males like to disrupt your swimming, for a laugh. Not funny. Today they were trying to swim under me. Guards never notice how hard it is for older people to swim there safely and in peace.

Negative experience: Need to update the online opening time, it says 8:45pm close. We got here at 6pm to be told at front desk it's closed and still seeing other people walking in to change and swim.

Negative experience: Terrible no signs about theft in the changing rooms. Some low lifes stole my sport shoes this morning. I took my bag at other things into the shower. Luckily otherwise it would have been Much worse. Be extremely religion in the changing rooms. Do not leave your clothes our shoes in there. Take them into the shower lots of opportunities coming into this pool. The extremely diligent used the lockers. And keep all your stuff in the shower with you. Sorry if it gets wet much safer though. Very unhappy. Have been to many pools this is the first time i've had my shoe stolen In the changing room while stoppers in the shower. Have complained to the staff About my theft of my shoes between nine and ten am in the morning Nothing has been done YET BE VERY VERY CARE FULL HERE NOT SAFE

Fantastic experience: 25mの室内温水プールは速さ別に5レーンほどあり、それぞれのレベルに応じて皆練習を出来ます。隣にら子供用の浅いプール。 あと大人用にジャグジーとサウナがある。 夏は屋外プールも開放される。飛び込み台もある。 施設にはマシーントレーニングが出来る部屋も別料金である。 朝早くからやっているのも良いです。

Negative experience: The place is great and has a lot of potential but: It is very dirty. Pool surroundings are black, changing rooms and toilets very smelly, pools full of hair and other floating stuff. Lifeguards are useless, lack of professionalism and don't impose compliance with the rules. Bombing, no photos, togs policy... it doesn't matter, everyone does what they want, just music and laughs. The place needs a lot of work, a lot of waterblasting and a dosis of seriousness and formality.

Fantastic experience: I come here twice a week . Pools are clean the sauna, spa and steam room is relaxing and to cool go for a dive off the high diving bord to cool down. Price reasonable $6:70 (adults) . Changing rooms and toilets are ok, had a ball of hair in the shower but the shower was hot, toilets are clean and have a hair dryer .

Fantastic experience: Great Facilities Staff are Courteous Attentive Friendly and always on hand to Assist in any way Multiple Class groups Boxfit and reasonable Gym facilities. Spa Sauna and Steam Room exceed expectations and are always clean I would recommend this facility

Negative experience: Went to this pool complex today. Very dirty condition, dirt scum around water line. Walking around the pool was very slippery and need to be scrubbed clean. The only lifeguard I saw went into a side room to use his phone for 5 minutes. Children bombing in front of the guard standing in front of the No bombing sign. People eating around the pool side with rubbish floating in the water. Definitely not worth the money we pay for the use of the pools.

Positive experience: 실내 그리고 실외 수영장이 있고 Gym까지 있어서 참 좋으며 자물통만 가지고가면 사물함을 무료로 사용할수 있어서 분실등에서 자유롭습니다. 작지만 스파, 스팀사우나,건사우나가 있어서 수영이나 운동후에 즐길수도 있습니다. 여름에는 실외수영장 옆 잔듸밭에 있는 바베큐 시설을 이용할수도 있고 수영장 너오자 마자 펼쳐진 어린이 놀이터와 넓은 공원시설도 무료로 이용 가능합니다.

Positive experience: 設備齊全，寬廣舒適，泳池多樣適合不同年齡人士。

Negative experience: Worst experience so far, when they need money they would deduct then and there. But when its time to refund they would take ages.

Positive experience: The pools and facilities are quite old now and need some sprucing up. Otherwise the facilities are good for such a small sports center.
