Fantastic experience: All three of my kids did Iron Up Hibiscus Coast (they are now 18, 14 & 10). The Iron Up sessions helped each of them individually with confidence, camaraderie, different skills and techniques that are transferable to different sports codes. Tino and the other the Iron Up coaches are very welcoming and make you feel part of the Iron Up family. No matter what level of skill, fitness, technique you have, they WILL it to the next level with your commitment.

Fleming St venue is brand-new refit with classic well-maintained equipment. Trainer-to-athlete ratios are really good and our kids have progressed with the guidance of Coach Tino and the others.
