Avenues Physio-Fitness is committed to deliver the highest level of dedicated physio service and lifestyle wellness to all. We have a friendly team of highly qualified and experienced physiotherapists. Our centre of excellence is conveniently located in the heart of Tauranga. We understand each individual and their injuries are unique, therefore allow up to one hour for initial consultation so a through assessment and personalised treatment plan can be established. Follow up consultations are then tailored to meet your needs. Our clinic also offers injury prevention screening, clinical Pilates, Yoga, hydrotherapy, high intenity fitness classes, individualised exercise plans, work-site ergonomic assessments and paediatric specialist clinics

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic staff and my physio is on point. I'm currently going through rehab after my accident and Ed has help me 110%. I highly recommend avenues physio

Fantastic experience: Porsche was incredible so professional made a great connection with my daughter who is 15 years old. So nice made her feel right at days communicated with me exactly what was going on. Very informative about muscle structure. What was going on explanations for pain and so on, just great, cannot praise her enough.

Fantastic experience: So far this is the best physio I've been to in Tauranga. I've had an ongoing shoulder problem, and no physio has really helped me make permanent progress on the problem. Now I feel like I could actually get to the bottom of the problem.
