Fantastic experience: Fantastic old school gym all the gear you need. with out all the crowds and hype. Brendon the owner super helpful on both training and nutrition, and his partner is a naturopath. Fantastic value for money and super flexible no signing up for long contracts unless you so desire. Parking outside and a café next door.

Fantastic experience: Great non posey gym with great people, a relaxed attitude in a super convenient location. If you want to work out, get fit and don't need and would rather not pay for the latest bling then it's a great (perhaps only) place to go.

Awesome to feel like part of the 'Gym- Family' rather than just being a customer like you get at larger Chain-owned/ operated Gyms! All whilst still providing a great range of equipment no matter what your focus. Brenden is great to deal with, always happy to have a chat, give his professional advice and answer any questions!

Fantastic experience: Yep. I go here. Nights normally. The nights are quiet...just a handful of people. This means the equipment is always available. It's not a mega gym and no personal trainers that I have ever seen. But it's just a good place for a workout at you own pace.
