The coaches are super knowledgable and there is a fitness/ scaling option for everyone. I love how it's such a non judgemental environment , everyone is so supportive and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Ginaya/G (owner/head coach) has created a wonderful space for people to train. Haven is not just a place to work on your fitness, G's coaching is holistic and aims to help us mentally and emotionally as well as physically. The Comptrain programming is amazing and there is a vast range of scales for each movement, so that anyone can train regardless of their skill level. I have had a couple of injuries over the last year and G has always found alternative ways for me to move my body so that I'm not putting any stress on those injuries. Nothing but good vibes at this gym, amazing coaches and amazing people to work out with. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Had the first class today and all I can say is wow. Coaching was great with a large range of scale options available. Challenging workouts which are designed to push but not break you. Very friendly and helpful. Can't wait for the next class.
