Fantastic experience: Great Gym, variety of different machines. 24h access is good. Dumbbells go up to 70kg wow.

Negative experience: PLEASE BE AWARE, I was a member there for over 3 years, had to cancel my membership due to other reasons, when requested for a cancellation over the phone he said to text him my name and D:O:B, so he could deactivate my account, I texted him the details and for the next 9 months he did not cancel the account and I kept getting charged for the membership almost 1k worth, when confronted he started behaving like a scammer, saying I can't refund the money because I have to talk to the debit company, started going back n forth, till this day he only returned around $300, doesn't answer my calls or return my texts, bloody scammer.

Fantastic experience: Went for a day pass and it was a really great gym! Super quiet, great lighting and adjustable bench press. Lorenzo was really kind and helpful too. Would recommend this gym.

Negative experience: I don’t really recommend this gym due to cancellation issues. Cancelling my gym membership was such a long and hard process. Went into the gym to cancel my membership and was told to do it online. Tried doing it online but got no response. Terrible experience. So quick to sign you up and take your money, but so slow when it comes to cancelling gym memberships. Update: Have emailed the gym last week and still no response. Still waiting for a reply.

Fantastic experience: spacious, well-structured, and efficiently organized to accommodate many people and a variety of exercises simultaneously. I really like the facility, tons of equipment to work with. The job itself is a lot of motivating and enthusiastic strongly recommend to JOIN with FULL POWER FITNESS, MANUKAU and experience the amazing services provided.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined this gym, and it's wonderful with versatile equipment you don't find in many gyms, and it's not crowded. Exceptionally well maintained and friendly staff. This is a great gym especially good for families with young children, and has got enough space/couch to keep my kid within eye contact. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Negative experience: I’ll be honest with my reviews. Out of all of the gyms I have tried loving. Full Power Fitness is a tough one to keep going to. I’ll give the positives first which is; 1. The amount of equipment the gym has is very sufficient for each muscle group. There are a crap load of equipment as soon as you walk into the door which is a big positive from me. 2. The people there are nice! The owner (both old and new) and also the staff that was around were super helpful as they gladly explained how their journey went. 3. The area. The area is in Manukau which is right next to PaknSave and also Moustache Cookies (very convenient!) 4. The look of the place. Very American style design which where the equipment is placed and also the giant Arnold painting above! The Negatives! There were a few problems which came up that really questioned “is this place really worth my money?” 1. The membership pricing; I understand that the gym is a private gym, but the pricing is a bit rough for someone who was only in the country for a couple of months. 2. The equipment; despite me saying the varies equipment was great but the care of the equipment was a complete shocker. There are some equipments such as the Leg Press or the Incline Chest Press Machine where it felt like the sides were about to come loose! Poor dude who worked there has to go bit by bit and make sure that the equipment was still tight. It did make me feel slightly unsafe in the gym as I could see major rust and wear and tear not being handled with people consistently using them without any wipes. The barbells are just old as well, small rust areas on the bar and just feel really flimsy and not in any good care. 3. The employees; Before the ownership changed, there were a lot of people who were employed, having over 4 people to now 1 and barely 2! With the new owner, I have spoken to the gentleman who owned the place and said that they only had an intern and the rest was managed by him. I personally don’t think having just one person and an intern who worked for free is a good look for the company. Also asking the members to give a 5 star review about the gym rather than being honest is also not a good look for the gym. Please be honest with your reviews and future members. 4. The upstairs area; the upstairs area I understand is for the older equipment l but the flooring was a big shock. The flooring majorly deteriorated over time due to the amount of sweat people have been piling up on it. I don’t even think the mats themselves have been cleaned. 5. The wipes, there are barely any sanitary wipes that are around. Every time someone had to change the paper towels, those towels are thrown behind the cupboard and left to catch dust instead of being stored somewhere cleaner. The toilets themselves were rough as it always had a bad smell causing some of the other members to use the female toilets. 6. The mirrors; I personally love having the mirrors there but the mirrors need to be cleaned up. The mirrors look terrible as they look like they have not been cleaned for many years. There are small spots with scratches and spit on them which is really annoying if you’re trying to get a good photo from a good pump day. The place in general just feels very run down and lost its touch as a “classic gym” I’m not sure if it’s funding to get it cleaned up or just the wear and tear of the machines. I am just not sure. Ever since the new owner. I do respect the owner and his and his former interns journey. But it does feel like that place is a cash grab for him. I also understand that the gym is a 24 hour gym, but please to hire cleaners to clean the gym on a regular basis. I do hope that the gym can go back to its old standard but for now it will be a solid 2/5 star rating from me.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Been coming here for the last 6 months, 5 to 6 days a week and haven’t had any problems at all! Nice and quiet and so much room to breathe unlike some gyms! Barely get room to move an inch only one way up and Full Power House the one holding it down

Fantastic experience: Gyms normally same. Same equipment less or more but the most interesting thing for this gym is owner Sid. Friendly, cooperative and jolly. So it's makes a difference for me. Love to go to My gym Loose 9 kg in 5 months because good and enjoy full working in my gym update : now after more then 1 year and still give 5 stars to my Gym. ✨✨✨✨✨

Fantastic experience: Best decision that I made was to join Full Power Fitness. Amazing coaching by Siddhartha who helped me to focus on my health and fitness. His well designed meal plan and excersie plan really works. It has been an awesome journey for the last couple of months and I am certainly seeing results for sure. I still have a long way to go with Full power fitness(Very spacious to do workouts and zero waiting time for equipment’s which is a best part) to achieve my goals above and beyond
