Fantastic experience: Amazing club! Emma is a happy force of 6.45am F45 energy she is always motivating and careful to insure you are doing the exercises properly. Admittedly only went because there wasn’t any class pass sessions for circuits over the holidays, but I now love the place and wish I’d visited sooner! The equipment is well looked after and there’s lots of ammenities to freshen you up afterThanks guys for keeping me in check over Christmas

Negative experience: Started off great. Trainers are friendly but overall experience was disappointing, especially with the challenges! Didnt get anyything extra out of the challenge but paid for it. Owner promised a lot but never followed through. Decided not to continue with my membership after 6 months

They’ve been particularly good during the Covid restrictions - communicating well and adapting the set up of the gym as needed.

Fantastic experience: I have never done any high intensity training before, and had no idea how to use any of the equipment or even know what a burpee was. The staff here are amazing, they are very supportive, lots of energy and spend time with you to learn the ropes and workout properly. The 45mins goes a lot faster than you think. The first week you will really feel the burn everywhere, but stick in there as the second week is easier.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t worked out for years prior to starting at F45. I was scared, my confidence dropped to an all time low and wasn’t sure I was going to last. The trainers are amazing at what they do, they assist you with posture during the workouts to ensure you’re making the most out of every single exercise, they have the best energy, support you, push you, encourage and so much more. They also give you alternative exercises to do if you can’t do the assigned ones which I love because I can’t do all of the exercises haha I absolutely love it here at F45 Mt Eden. Awesome at remembering names which personalises your experience. Thank you team for always putting on a show, bringing the best energy, and killing me at every session lol

Fantastic experience: I thought I hated doing classes before F45. I was always worried about judgement or being aggressively pushed but F45 Mt Eden has super supportive staff/trainers and members. I absolutely love going and havent found a class I dont like. The best this about F45 is that the trainers are always helping you correct your form so you don't injure yourself.

Fantastic experience: I see what the hype is about , I was nervous as the whole day before my first class started , friendly and incredibly informative trainers made me feel comfortable and at ease . I've done tabata hiit style training on my own for about a year now so I'm no stranger to exercise but this is a whole new level for me would recommend

Fantastic experience: F45 was a really good experience for me. I have a funny hip, but the team is supportive and are happy to give alternative exercises to avoid additional stressors. The weights classes are by far my favourite. I can feel a difference in my body and energy levels in just one week. The staff are friendly and are crazy good with names too!

Fantastic experience: The best gym I've been to by far. Owners are epic, studio is super clean with amazing shower facilities and they even leave out a bowl of hair ties for when you have the dreaded hair tie breakage and a big bowl of fresh fruit for after your workout. All the members are super friendly too and the lovliest trainers. Literally can't find one fault with this place after nearly 6 months of being a member. LOVE it.

I never enjoyed going to the gym until now. The exercises & classes are full of variety & go by really quickly. I love it!

It's hard work but so fun and addictive and you get serious results! The owners, trainers and members are awesome. Can't recommend highly enough. Well worth the investment in your physical and mental wellbeing!
