Fantastic experience: Joining Quattro is one of the best decisions I've made. The coaching, culture and sense of community are amazing. I'm a mother in my 40s and a total beginner. None of this matters. I just work to the best of my ability. Each session I'm cheered on by a bunch of inspiring athletes. It's the greatest start to my day.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Quattro after moving to Kingsland. Dave and the team are really friendly, onto it and create such a positive community. It doesn't feel like going to the gym, it really feels like catching up with friends, everyone has a different pace and everyone cheers you on. Definitely recommend, you'll feel comfortable and looked after.

Fantastic experience: Just started at quattro and have found it very friendly and extremely well organised throughout the lockdown period. Dave the owner went out and bought a whole lot of equipment for working out down at the park which helped keep the quality of our workouts very high!

Fantastic experience: Been a member for about 6 months and can easily say I've never been in better shape. Lost weight, gained muscle and have never felt better. Coaches are great and the large amount of classes every day make it easy to find something that fits your schedule. I highly recommend giving it a shot.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym where you are not just a membership no. Quattro is the place to go. The space created by Dave and the coaches is one of the best I have been to. The coaches and members are motivating and welcoming of anyone walking through the doors irrespective of where one is in their fitness journey. They take you in and make you their own. I have gained confidence, happiness and strength.

Fantastic experience: Quattro has been a thoroughly positive experience. All of the trainers are professional, know their craft and are able to cater to any level of athlete. Dave (the owner) has sculpted a culture of inclusion, love and community and it shows. The classes themselves are well programmed and varied, guaranteeing that if you want to just smash your body, you can, but if you want to drill into technique and really hone your skills, you can. I'm not the fastest, nor the fittest but I always feel welcome to engage however I can. Crossfit is fine, Quattro is home.

Fantastic experience: I joined Quattro in my late 40s. I was looking for a fitness regime that would challenge me and add variation to my previous limited running and weights program. Ive been at Quattro for 5 years now and cant speak highly enough of the place. Great instructors, great vibe, great gym great crew.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more positive about Dave and Crossfit Quattro ❤. Initially I attended a free trial with my cousin with absolutely no intentions of joining (as I thought I couldn't do any of it!), but was hooked from the beginning! I was pretty unfit when I started and can honestly say I'm the fittest I have been since I was a teenager; I've lost a ton of weight and gained an amazing community (plus the strength gainz of course!). The people are amazing, the coaches are great and the workouts are tough but scalable to all levels. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Coach Dave and the crew have created an amazing little community here. I've always dabbled around the edges of fitness, bit of running, some gym work etc, but joining Quattro was hands down the best decision I made and transformed my approach to exercising. The training is well suited to all levels and the coaches and other gym members are always ready to help you. The space is great as it never feels too crowded and there is a large downstairs that you can do your own accessory work in outside of classes. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Amazing box, lovely people, awesome trainers. I am new to Crossfit and felt so welcomed here. It's got plenty of equipment and classes aren't too full. It's got lots of parking on the street and at the bottom of the hill. The price is really affordable and the cheapest priced Crossfit in the area (I did my research). Definitely recommend A+++

Fantastic experience: This is a great little crossfit gym, they're very welcoming for drop-ins like me. They have quality programming, good coaches, great facility and friendly members. They even have a gym dog, the most well behaved Princess Lily who will high five you after the workout. Will definitely be back again next time I'm in Auckland.
