The team running the place now are absolutely top-notch – professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The community vibe is next level; the members bring such great energy and positivity to every session. It’s been so good being back in the mix – this time just enjoying the workouts without the business-owner headaches! Fantastic experience: After a lengthy spell away from Functional training, F45 Grey Lynn was the perfect choice of studios to get back amongst it. Owners, trainers and members have all been extremely welcoming and the current 8 week challenge has been a great vibe since starting. 5 stars all day.

Negative experience: had to cancel my membership due to long covid, i provided them a drs certificate and they got bay corp to call me. Will be getting my lawyer to call this ponsy scheme. If you want to spend $60 a week join next gem, atleast there equipment gets wiped down after use

Fantastic experience: I was pretty nervous coming back to the gym after 3 years due to an accident and subsequent surgery and rehab - the team at GLF45 have been so welcoming and friendly, helped me basically one on one, swapped out exercises for me and have really been supportive and encouraging of me - I've told everyone I know that F45 is brilliant and they need to try it ASAP! thanks SO much!!

Fantastic experience: Wow what an eye opener F45 has been for me starting from a very low fitness base, a couple of weeks in and I am already starting to feel better, more alert and focused after the work outs. Fantastic instructors and lots of encouragement from everyone at the sessions . I love the fact the exercises are so varied and each class presents different challenges.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my first week with F45 Grey Lynn and I’m loving it. So happy I made the decision to join after attending one of their info evenings. I’ve often found gym settings quite intimidating but F45 is a whole different experience. The people are all so friendly and supportive and there is a great sense of community. The workouts are challenging but the trainers are great and everything is ready for you to go. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have been to many F45 clubs and this one by far feels the most amateur. For the extortionate fees – the trainers only seem interested in talking to their mates. The studio manager Zoe was particularly unhelpful and unwelcoming.

The coaches are all professional and equiped with proper knowledge to help with fixing your form or pushing you harder. I really enjoy going to the classes at Grey Lynn and just love the overall energy!

The trainers are lovely, the other class members are very friendly and welcoming for new comers, together creates a supportive and great environment for working out! And finally the most important thing to add was that just within one week I noticed a significant change in my body shape in the mirror and you cant put a price on progress that quick!
