Negative experience: Left my jacket and it was behind the staff desk in their lost property. Here’s me thinking it was safe with staff as I emailed them to hold it for me to pick up ! Picked up my north face jacket to have the zip bitten off as if a dog had bitten off the zip because there are little bite marks. Spoke with staff member Hannah who in return says it’s not our responsibility. Yet they have dogs unattended on the gym premises who have probably bitten off my zip. My jacket was not in the lost and found and it was in the back on a shelf which was weird. No surprises with the service as the staff there never smile or say anything at all only if your famous lol pending the security camera footage oh an apparently no cameras behind the counter. Disgusted

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership but they won’t do it for you. You must contact the bank directly to stop the direct debit

Negative experience: Cancelled membership in May using their ‘online form’ survey like form. Continue to get charged for whole month of June with no cancellation. Called my bank to stop the DD myself or they will keep taking from my account. Don’t want to ask for a refund because they are probably too incompetent to even do that too. Pfft waste of time

Negative experience: Be careful, all seems nice qt first but the place (especially the pool, spa and sauna)they are very dirty and staff are just rude and have no concern for members. Worst gym ever been a part of. Too much money and no human decency. It turns out Karma has come back around. You should treat customers kindly. All we did was ask the pool to be cleaned of, hair, skin, and other debris and Yuk stuff. The next day we recieved a email revoking membership. I hope liquidation is kind to your company.

Fantastic experience: underrated place. Has everything, sauna, pool, spa, steamroom and cold plunge and a really high quality gym. 5 star GYM for sure. A++++

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility and even better staff. Very accommodating , helpful and insightful. Highly recommend you visit their amazing gym and recovery facilities. Our boxing team has been utilising the gym for the past year and we wouldn’t chose anywhere else to get our work and recovery done. Special mention to Richy super easy to deal with , transparent with how things work and always doing his best to ensure clients are happy and feel safe in their facilities.

Negative experience: Entitled staff's (short hair older woman and lanky mid 30s fair woman and 30 year old woman Polynesian looking staff member who runs around the gym with her dog) incompetency when questioned about health n safety protocols was exposed today so I was met with disrespect and threatenings to cancel my membership. I'm ok with that as long as I get my refund. Cold plunge is filthy. Spa pool is undermaintenace without notice/signage. Steam room is coming up 1 year since it has been used, bathrooms smell like urine. Staff allow influencers and content creators to run around with cameras barefoot and shirtless with their dogs on machines then target other gym goers for small things that they didn't even know about. I'm still waiting for my email copy of my contract outlining the health n safety rules your staff claims to have sent me. Degeneration at its finest.

Fantastic experience: Called to reactivate my old account, lovely Hannah was very helpful and informative over the phone - let me know what to expect and how the request would be processed as well as offering to let me know the soonest I could begin making use of my reactivated membership. Appreciated her help. From experience the gym is amazing and clean with quality equipment as well as variety. The classes are great and trainers as well as staff are friendly. Recovery area is my favourite part and was sad to cancel my initial membership due to time and work constraints but stoked to have a little time to come back now

Fantastic experience: Its a high quality gym with high quality staff. Everyone is friendly and supportive and help you with your personal goals. Shout out to Rich who introduced me to this gym. The gym equipment is also state of the art. Fantastic of keeping up with your weights, reps and progress. The price is what you expect for high standards and access to the spa and pool.

Richard Huang is the best coach that I have ever had and without his expert knowledge and guidance, I would not have been able to achieve all of my fitness goals. He also brings good vibes which shows in the team culture at the gym! Would recommend to anybody who is serious about getting into better health

Fantastic experience: The place is amazing. Awesome facilities and got pretty much everything (spa, pool, sauna etc) so I don't have to find another place when I want to swim cuz they have it all!! If you are curious just ask a staff to show you around as they are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Duval gym to me is one of the elite and only one stop hubs for all things functional fitness, weights equipment, cardio machines and recovery in Auckland City. Equipment and area are always clean well maintained and in working order every time I go in. My favorite asset to the gym is the full recovery room sauna steam room and ice plunge are hugely beneficial. Duval has it all. Only wish there were more Duval clubs through out Auckland :)

Fantastic experience: First time at Duval Gym, Apart from the accessibility to and from the gym and from the gym to the bathrooms and the pool/spa area, everything was great. Upon entry to the main building, we had a warm and approachable receptionist (Ursula) that took us to the gym where (Richard) and the team was hospitable, helpful and friendly, whom showed us around the gym and the facilities. The equipment, interior and overall experience with the gym was top notch. Definitely would recommend and return in future.
