The heart of the ClubActive experience is its diverse class portfolio. Aquatic enthusiasts can dive into **Aqua Aerobics, Hydro Motion, and deep-water conditioning classes**, all included in the membership fee. For those seeking personal guidance, three complimentary orientation sessions with qualified **Fitness Consultants** are provided to help you start your journey with confidence and correct technique.
Freyberg and WRAC offer state-of-the-art amenities to complete your workout. After a challenging session, members can unwind in heated spa pools, saunas, and steam rooms. The gyms at both main centers are fully equipped with modern cardio machines, free weights, and strength training equipment, ensuring you have everything you need to reach your health goals. With flexible membership options starting from an affordable weekly rate, ClubActive makes it easy to integrate fitness, relaxation, and community into your daily life.

Fantastic experience: a year or two ago i would have rated them lower based on the equipment available, but with new purchases and maintenance, i'm happy to give them a 5. a lot of the gym equipment has been replaced, the sauna has been rebuilt, spas are new. the draw card for me has always been is it's warm being at the gym beside the pool. hate being cold. don't forget, check out wellington city council website to see if you can apply for a leisure card and get 20% off your membership.
Fantastic experience: I joinedClub Active a year ago. I didn't manage to get there due to really slack behaviour on my part. I was made redundant so emailed to cancel. The team there were so incredibly helpful and kind to me, even though I had acted out in an email response to one of the team members. They were understanding and empathetic - and once Im back on my feet again intend to join again and go - I feel I have missed some really cool connections. Thanks Club Active
Fantastic experience: Friendliest staff I've ever going above and beyond for you always Highly qualified pts who are the best in the business
Negative experience: Out of date and out of touch. Overpriced, poor service and supervision. Try Anytime Fitness if you want a good gym, well maintained, well managed and up to date, at same price. No stinky chlorine either. Excellent aircon.
Fantastic experience: Swim, gym, Sauna, Spa, Steam and classes, located next to Freyberg Beach. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent rates.
Positive experience: Overpriced. No supervision from staff!!!! Indifferent leadership. Customer service used to be better.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, quality workout spaces and equipment, great harbour edge location and views. Pool and spa/sauna and gym, plus close by beach, cafes, cycleway.
Positive experience: Great gym great facilities and staff but come on. A gym above a pool. Too hot
Fantastic experience: Great place for training and big pool for swimming
