Jetts Mount Roskill

Positive experience: Loved the Jetts as always it’s very convenient and very tidy neat & clean gym I have ever seen just need to improve more facilities like gym equipment’s & more comfort so people can easily finish their workout on time and anytime.

Fantastic experience: Spacious gym. Plenty of equipment and parking. The envirment around is becoming better and better.

Negative experience: 가끔씩 휴지가 바닥에 또는 운동기구주변에 떨어져 있어서 불쾌하다. 그리고 어떤 운동기구에 죽치고 앉아서 스마트폰을 들여다보고 있는 멤버가 있어서 다른사람이 그운동기구에 마음편하게 다가갈수 없다.

Positive experience: There is always something that is broken. Door to the shower, rower, weight machines, literally most of the small dumbbells have no weight label, treadmill etc. Good thing is that the shower is separate and not a lot use shower.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym, amazing staff, always clean, great Personal trainers (look out for Malik and ask him about his 1 on 1 sessions, he's awesome as) , affordable membership prices, got clean toilets/bathrooms and many more. I highly recommend signing up today.

Fantastic experience: JETTS Mount Roskill is such an amazing place who would like to have their health workout. It is affordable with hygienic premises and facilities with 24/7 access. Staff at Mt Roskill is cheerful, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Cheers

Negative experience: Always something broken. Even after sending in feedback nothing is done. Fairly poorly maintained. Alot of room for potential. I have started using Royal Oak Jetts as is a much more enjoyable experience even though it's much smaller.

Negative experience: Jetts is definitely a robber! I signed one month contract with Jetts Mt Roskill on 30th June 2022. I told the staff member I had only 1 month leave time only, so the staff said he would do the membership cancellation part for me. I even double checked with him if I need to do anything from my end and the staff confirmed "no". But I just found my credit card has been charging by Jetts after 28th July, which is $69.95. I called Jetts many times, but no one answered. I emailed Jetts, they said they would charg me for another two weeks as they didnt received my email about membership cancellation. I called the staff memeber in Mt Roskill, he admitted he didnt do it properly from his end, not my fault. But even that, Jetts still insisted I should have read the contract regarding cancellation rule. What the hell, does it mean we shouldn't trust Jetts staff? I have all the calls recorded, including the staff member admitted his fault. This is not my 1st time joined Jetts, but ended up super disgusting! I will take legal action, not about the money, but about consumer rights! And in my whole life time, no more Jetts!

Fantastic experience: Jetts Mount Roskill is one of the best workout gym in Auckland. Unlike other gyms, it's not that thickly packed. It has a huge parking at the back which is sufficient even at peak hours. Gym has heaps of toilets and shower rooms separately. There is lift at the entrance from parking for disabled and these is a toilet specially for differently abled people. The gym has a boxing room and heaps of equipments to work with. It has a huge fleet of threadmills, cycles, crosstrainers, etc. Gym has cleaning towels and sprays all the time. There is also a weight scale and height scale at the front. Has sanitizers. And here comes my most important facility here, the 24 hour access leaves no excuse for you to miss a workout.

Fantastic experience: They need to review some basic equipments as this will help the beginers. I would still give it a 5 rating, becuase its not too busy, provides cleaning material for equipments, free Wifi and saperate room for boxers with punching bags.

Negative experience: Jetts mount Roskill standards has been dropped drastically. Toilets seats are damaged and stinks very bad (sometimes have to hold breath to use them), shower does not work properly. Talked to the gym staff about this and only been told it’s getting fixed. It’s been over a year I’m listening the same thing. Tried to talk to the customer service team, they are not helpful at all. Jetts never apologised for their failures and staff is being arrogant. I don’t normally review anything but it’s getting too much. Paying for the service but it’s hopeless as of now. Using the facility for a very long time. I think it’s time to join different gym.

Positive experience: reasonable size gym, quite late evening.

Positive experience: A little bit of a weird layout and busy but was much more space then other branches so didn't feel crammed.

Negative experience: I lost my gym bag in this gym and after 2 weeks the manager tells me she still cannot access the footage! I sent an email to the head office but haven't heard from them either. Very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, plenty of 2hrs car park at the back, clean gym and bathrooms, heaps of equipments too so you dont have to wait around for someone to finish before using the equipments.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership twice (wife lost job) and they took another 11 payments after my term finished and then told me I have to pay 2 more weeks to close my account... Jetts are heartless and dont care about anything other than their cashflow.. STAY AWAY as their will rob you till you are poor :( :( Give me my payments back???

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, My Girl friend tried to check out the gym and was offered a three day free trial. After she completed the paperwork they had sneakily made her sign a 1 year membership with no way of getting out of it! Total scam! Would not recommend this gym to anybody. Would give 0 stars if I could

Negative experience: Very poor I been to mk fitness for weight loss. It’s part of Jettz royal oak. I paid 100 dollar for every 1/2 hr. Then one day I informed the coach that I am sick I can’t come. Without that he mentioned to pay 100 again. It happened twice. And no result too. He was telling me to add more days too. I count afford and I stoped . After I called the gym and mentioned I stopped. I have 2 week notice period as well. Today I got a call from then I have to pay the remaining amount from dec to July. WhT the hell . I never seen such people in nz . Recommend not to go

Fantastic experience: Plenty of space, heaps of equipment, and not so busy. Also has sandbags for the boxing exercise.

Positive experience: Comprehensive gym for a workout. Need some free weight equipment including dead lift and squats. Also free weight for dumbells with small increase e.g 1.25 kg increase. At the moment dumbells have 2.5 kg difference between them.

Negative experience: Gym is all good and the customer service sucks..took a new membership and there was no lineyard for the key..I was not feeling so welcome like the way we have felt before...Management please take care of the new members

Positive experience: Fair assortment of machines - lots of cardio machines. No free barbells however so not good for powerlifts. Large space but can get very busy around 6pm on weeknights

Negative experience: The manager of Mt Roskill Jetts, Vanya, has shown rude and brutal attitude to a new customer. She refused me to join the membership with very impolite words, simply because I didn't attend the orientation (which was not carried out on time). I cannot believe a manager will simply refuse the customer's request to set up a payment and kick him out of the building, this kind of customer service is beyond imagination
