Fantastic experience: Thea best gym all-round very friendly and helpful staff 10 out of 10 showers always hot never had to wait for shower

Negative experience: Always ask for feedback but NEVER implemented it. Being the member since long time, now it’s time to quit. Really hopeless management & staff.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. Overpriced, garbage equipment, terrible customer service & support. I had my membership cancelled years ago and was told by staff that it would be cancelled immediately and reimbursed for the extra week I had paid for. I then got charged further and had to email about it where they then told me they wouldn't do anything about it, forcing me to block the transactions with my bank. Now years later I still have debt collectors harassing me about this.

Positive experience: Good gym. Plenty of space. Basic equipment that gets the job done. Would like to see upgraded machines to make the place 5/5.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Auckland, love how spacious it is, staff are so welcoming and kind, also the members are so chill. Got all the equipment you need. Would recommend this gym to anyone that wants the best gym experience.

Fantastic experience: Great space with pretty much all you need in a gym. Straight to the point if you just want to come in and do your work out on your terms.

Negative experience: I recently joined and have been trying to sort out my access. However, I’ve visited the branch twice during the advertised staffed hours, only to find no staff available. If these hours have changed, the website should be updated to reflect the correct information.

Negative experience: I tried to do a trial here, was in contact with someone and arranged to meet them during staff hours on Thursday 14th November evening. I turned up at 5:45pm and the door was locked with no visible staff there. Someone let me in so I looked around, called and texted this person I had been in contact with and they ignored me - it has been 4 days since and they still have not opened my text or tried to call me. I usually don’t leave grumpy reviews but this is disgraceful service, I think this person should be held accountable and you have lost a customer.

Positive experience: It is a really great gym but i would like to let you guys know that some equipments needs to be fixed.. and yeah the leg extension is kind of uncomfortable too as it moves too much. Thank youu ☺️

Fantastic experience: Honestly, It was my greatest experience I often go overseas but when I come back I must join Jetts St Lukes..... One-thing to consider this time, put a clear note that Jetts car-park at the back and if you parked facing the Jetts entrance your car will be towed and you may pay $400+ to get it back

Positive experience: Good gym and equipment. Toilets need more regular attention. Atleast 2 of the hand drivers are broke. Sometimes there's no soap too.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, it's home for me and live not far from this gym. I've been a member since it opened and had so many fond memories over the years. The gym has changed a lot too in terms of equipment and setting. Had so many staff come and go over time. I enjoyed the experience and met friends and new members along the way. I managed to keep my weight under control, and although my weight is not ideal I want to still focus on losing it all. Yeah, I can still see the gym is trying to keep up with the latest technology and keep maintaining them as well as they can.

Negative experience: Changing to the phone app was the worst decision ever. The app is bugged and freezes. If you try to reset you're password, it takes you to email there support team. Which is a long process as they are in Australia not NZ. Whilst you're waiting for a response, you cannot get into the gym. This innovation was a terrible idea as the key tag was efficient and if you do not have you're phone on you, you cannot get into the gym. I would advise looking at going to another gym for convenience. Jetts is over complicating their service when it was simple, swipe key tag, go workout, go home. Trying to get user interaction with the gym app was a missed call because the main core reason people use jetts is for convenience. Jetts is good at using key tags and the ease of access. Don't change things that are good for worse. Don't make the users life more inconvenient. If you want us to download the app, market it better. I am looking at leaving Jetts and going to city fitness (A gym that I seriously do not like but because of convenience I will consider) - General user of St Lukes Jetts

Fantastic experience: Has been my home gym since 2015 and by far the best one of all the Jetts I have been to (including some AU Jetts) The staff always keep the place super clean.

Fantastic experience: Large facility, good usual equipment as you would expect with jetts. Has a glut drive and inner thigh machine (unsure of the name) but those machines are not at every jetts so happy about that.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, very spacious and clean. It's definitely the biggest jetts I've been to. Love the atmosphere, especially treadmills you can play solitaire on, 5 stars for jetts st Luke's. Bravo

Fantastic experience: A wonderful place to shed some serious dude sweat. Always clean, friendly and well lit. Jetta St Lukes is a great gym. Highly recommend it as a place to punch out some bicep curls. The PT who trains people most days named Karlo is a terrific ambassador for health and fitness. He’s very friendly and always takes time to help his clients and other Jetts members.

Fantastic experience: Been at this gym for a while now. Equipment is good and the atmosphere is good people are friendly. I highly recommend this gym if you are motivated in keeping fit.

Positive experience: The equipment is good, but the toilets, showers are always dirty. If the staff doesn't have time to clean them, they should put in a dedicated cleaner.

Been an avid member of Jetts for more than 8 years on and off ( rejoinee woop woop) and I do my best to make an appearance at st Lukes Jetts when I’m able to. Jetts . Come down and train like a beast . Cheerz

Positive experience: Used to come to this branch. Loved it but ever since a faulty equipment incident and no followed up when I was told there will be, I skipped over to Albany. Came back to St Lukes recently and it is a tad grotty on the carpet and rusting on the equipment. Not very pleasant. Members are still very nice though.

Negative experience: Very bad head office customer service and customer account management. They paused my account during Covid and later charged me extra without my knowledge. When I wanted to cancel my membership since I moved, they said I have to send a cancellation request exactly two weeks prior to the 26 minimum fortnight payment end date. And I asked for a date and they won’t tell me an exact date and would only tell me “it’s set up for 26 fortnights” If things change and you have to cancel, you just can’t let them know that you wish to cancel anytime and they won’t do anything about it. You have to make sure that you send a cancellation request exactly two weeks prior to your end of contract but they will not send you a reminder or whatsoever. They will automatically renew your membership.

Positive experience: As a current member of the gym - To be honest, very basic and average gym, alot of machines are missing specially hips abductor, laying hamstring curl etc. Maybe not enough space is the reason And also doesn't provide resistance bands for members to use unlike other popular gyms provide. there is almost always one machine which says "I will be back in action shortly" and get fixed days later, but that's why it's not crowded I guess, but staff and personal trainers are friendly and helpful as much they can.

Negative experience: It was so hot inside that I had to leave the gym. The gym is unattended by any staff members and the air conditioning is not running.

Negative experience: Bad customer service. They left the a/c off and it was so hot. No staff to fix the issue for the entire weekend.

Positive experience: Great gym and has most of the equipment that I need. Although my only gripe with this branch is that the shower stalls smell like sewage pipes. Their drainage system needs work.

Negative experience: Ridiculous experience at Jetts St Lukes. My stuff was stolen from inside the gym, and the manager there Ray told me that head office team will directly contact police and keep me posted. 3 months and no updates till now. When I followed up thrice with head office, I got told that I need to report it to the police. Not a single solution or compensation provided till now. All I was expecting was some update to recover my stuff. Such a bad experience

Positive experience: Took a week to get used to the reno. Brighter n beta flooring... getting bit cramp with m/c though. Ray, the manager, was awesome! He always has a smile, friendly, helpful n always readily for a quick chat yet professional with his customer dealings.

Negative experience: Beware！！！Terrible experience！！The payment side of things for this gym is a total scam,the staff force me to sign 1 year contact. Luckily, i quit in time. High recommendations for all people be careful their contact and there are too much error guiding inside.

Positive experience: Busy gym, great to see it's busy because it's positively motivating to be surrounded by other proactive members. Yes, there's the matter of having to share machines/equipment during peak hours, no issue if you know how to share and reconfigure you're routine. I usually go late in the evenings so my interaction with staff is limited.There are boxing bags for boxing enthusiasts. It's not set up for power lifting BUT has everything else you need for cardio or bodybuilding, free weights, dumbells, barbells, machines etc. There's a vending machine for H2O, or a protein snack etc. Most IMPORTANTLY It's 24/7 and you have access to any of the branches at a time that's more convenient to you. GET THEM GAINS!

Fantastic experience: Plenty of parking. Lots of space and equipment inside. Hard to find a fitness Centre with a combination of the above. Top it up with 24/365 availability to do it on your terms.
