Dance 4 Us are dance movement therapy group sessions for people aged 15 years and older  with special needs (including Autism, Cerebal Palsy, Down syndrome, cognitive delays, other disabilities).

Dance 4 Us sessions help foster social connections and emotional literacy through creative and expressive dance movement based activities, co-create meaningful shared experience in the community, and support individual self-expression.

Clients can drop-in to the sessions and we highly encourage carers to participate in our Dance 4 Us sessions for the safety and wellbeing of their clients.

Auckland Dance 4 Us: Onehunga.  Tuesdays 1.30-2.30pm Haskell Hall @ 2 Pearce Street (behind Onehunga Community Centre). Runs during school term time (9 week sessions). Cost: Gold Coin Koha.

Dance 4 Us: Roskill.  Monday 10.00am – 11.00am Wesley Community Centre @ 740 Sandringham Road Extension, Mt Roskill.  Runs during school term time (9 week sessions). Cost:  Gold Coin Koha.

Dance 4 Us: North Shore.  Thursday 10.30 – 11.30am Takapuna Methodist Church Hall @ Cnr Lake Road and Tennyson Avenue, Takapuna.  Runs during school term time (9 week sessions). Cost:  Gold Coin Koha.

Dance 4 Us: West.  Fridays.  10:00am – 11:00am MPHS Community Hub @ 27 Corban Ave, Henderson. Runs during school term time (9 week sessions). Cost: Gold Coin Koha.

Wellington Dance 4 Us: Wellington. Wednesdays. 1pm – 2pm Thistle Hall @ 293 Cuba St, Te Aro, Wellington. Runs during school term time (9 week sessions). Cost: Gold Coin Koha.

Christchurch Dance 4 Us:  Ilam.  Thursdays.  11:00am – 12noon The Village Presbyterian Church & Community Centre @ Bryndwr, 365A Ilam Rd, Bryndwr. Runs during school term time (9 week sessions). Cost: Gold Coin Koha.

Dunedin Dance 4 Us:  Central.  Wednesdays.  1.00 – 2.00pm St James Presbyterian Church @ 393 King Edward Street Dunedin. Runs during school term time (9 week sessions). Cost: Gold Coin Koha.

Hamilton Dance 4 Us: Hamilton. Thursdays. 10:30am – 11:30 am St Peter’s Parish Hall @53 Victoria Street, Hamilton Central. Runs during school term time (9 week sessions). Cost: Gold Coin Koha.
