Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at BoxFit since late 2019 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made - great community environment, high fives and encouragement from fellow members after each session, great vibe and owners, Veronica and Regan Foley, are just fantastic! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Boxfit with Vee since 2012 ! Vee has coached and taught me not only boxing, but helped me prep for several bodybuilding competitions. Vee goes the extra mile and the emotional support and encouragement she gives is priceless. Vee has helped me with my training, nutrition and life, she has become way more than a trainer to me I would recommend Boxfit and Vee and Regan to everyone, no matter what your goals are.

Fantastic experience: 14months ago after the first lockdown I walked into BOXFIT STUDIO with Covid kilos weighing in at 61.25kg, 152cm height. The team and vibe at @boxfit was awesome and I got into a rhythm of excercising. Next lockdowns I got a gym sorted at home with the help of Veronica Lee Foley. Plus I did a couple of challenges the team had set up online. Slowly but surely knocked off 6kg and now back in a healthy bmi zone. Keen to up muscle and toning for my next goals, and the crew @boxfit are my perfect fitness goal partners.

Fantastic experience: I have been involved with boxfit gym for many years. Regan and Vee who own and manage the gym, provide a gym with a great family atmosphere where you can learn to box either for fun and fitness or seriously prepare for a fight. Fantastic experience: Awesome boxing gym! Such a friendly vibe and a great trainer - Veronica, who is really kind but is skilled enough to cater the training sessions to suit her students. I am enjoying my time here. Workouts here are a perfect mix of skills and fitness. The gym is neat and clean and follows all the Covid protocols to give us a safe environment to exercise. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: An excellent family run gym that I have spent a lot of time at over the years, whether you want to shed some weight or train for a boxing match they can help you achieve your goals. Regan and Veronica have a wealth of knowledge available, you can experience the discipline involved in the sport of boxing and develop the athleticism required with hard work and dedication.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing the classes for a few months now and have reached the highest fitness level I've ever been at. I was on a weightloss journey and had plateaued at 96kgs, down from 110kgs and stayed there for nearky 2 months. Within the first 2 weeks, I had dropped to 95kgs and now I'm down to 93kgs. The classes helped me break through that barrier and my confidence under pressure and mobility have improved dramatically. Every class is challenging but rewarding and always feel good after a session. Everyone gets along really well and are quick to offer advice where needed. Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. A+++
