Come along and try out a Glozier Boxing boxfit class. Our classes are designed to help build agility, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, strength, basic boxing skill in a fun environment which promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Glozier Boxing School is the place for those of you who want to seriously hone your technical boxing skills and improve as a boxer. You will get the chance to train and fight in a full-sized boxing ring and take part in amateur fights.

Chavez grew up learning the importance of cardio and strength training. Chavez not only has extensive experience in boxing, but also a background in sport science. Whether you are new to boxing and just want to learn the basics, Chavez has the expertise to help you achieve your goal.
