Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Muay Thai classes in Halswell since last year and it has been really beneficial for me in regards to fitness, strength and self defense. Dougal our instructor who has over 25 years of experience in Muay Thai is very supportive towards everyone and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. I would highly recommend these Muay Thai classes to anyone that is wanting to achieve their health and fitness goals, for self defense purpose, or take their Muay Thai training to the next level by polishing up on basic fight techniques.
