Fantastic experience: Michelle's classes are amazing. Having been to many yoga studios in the past I was looking for a small intimate class that allowed me to go at my own pace yet challenging enough that I felt I was improving my strength and balance. This is hands down the best studio I have ever been too, a kind personalised approach. Definitely a 10 out 10.

Fantastic experience: Yoga with Michelle is wonderful. The classes are small and Michelle's friendly caring approach makes you feel very welcome. The sessions are great for both beginners and experienced alike as Michelle includes variations to the moves. I love the meditation at the end as it makes me feel like I have taken care of my body, mind and soul. I would highly recommend. I am already noticing benefits which include: increased strength in my legs and a reduction of menopausal hot flushes. Wish I could attend everyday!

Fantastic experience: Michelle's yoga class combines relaxation and a workout. I love it and always feel great afterwards. Michelle is a wonderful Yoga teacher and very caring and observant to your needs. The Savasanna is so relaxing and the reward at the end of the work. I highly recommend.
