Fantastic experience: I recently had an aromatherapy massage with Leighia, and it was truly amazing! Her massage technique was fantastic, and I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterward. The aromatherapy oils she used smelled wonderful and made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend for anyone!

Fantastic experience: I went here for a massage with Sarah through GrabOne. The massage was great. Music, candles, atmosphere and oils. Sarah sets the scene and works through all of the knots of the body. Would go again!

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely space and environment. It’s always clean with a calm atmosphere and the variety they offer is great for all. Each instructor I have had so far has been lovely and gentle with lots of clear guidance and instruction for everyone at every level.

Fantastic experience: As THE only studio in New Zealand with qualified #rocket teachers ( Megan Collier and Dave Withington ), I highly highly recommend you check this beautiful studio out. House of Yoga is situated in the one and only 'Mount' at a very convenient location, with plenty of parking. Tastefully decorated, this studio has an excellent vibe and oozes exactly what a good yoga studio should. I actually came to know the studio and staff the best, during Lockdown 2020. I will forever be grateful to Jane and her incredible team for their kindness, care, generosity and support during those crazy times. House of Yoga have perfected the art of online teaching, so whether you are joining from the comfort of your home - or in studio, you will experience the amazing body mind and soul goodness that comes from practicing Yoga.
