Fantastic experience: An amazing space to relax and rejuvenate great yoga classes and events.

Fantastic experience: I can not speak highly enough about Your Studio Invercargill. Rebecca has certainly lifted the bar when it comes to what her studio offers Invercargill. Your Studio not only offers yoga (by talented teachers who love what they do) but also offers numerous Workshops, Meditation, Reiki and Massage. You will not regret coming along to anything that is offered at Your Studio. You can tell that Rebecca spends a huge amount of time planning when it comes to the workshops that she offers - as the attention to detail is amazing - She thinks of everything from when you arrive to when you leave - including the delicious meals. If the workshop is run by someone other than Rebecca, she has managed to find them and bring them to share their knowledge - and the workshops which I have attended have always had unbelievable knowledge in the area which they are sharing. Rebecca ensures she finds the best. Currently three generations of my family are taught by Rebecca and how special is that?! (my mother, myself and my daughter) and she caters for all of us - from my daughter who suffers from anxiety to my mother who is unable to do certain poses. I have been a regular attendee of morning yoga classes. The time choice of the classes are great as I can attend when my kids are at school. I have never compared myself to others when on the mat, I never felt that I am being judged and not ever have I ever felt that I didnt belong. Sometimes Rebecca will adds to the yoga practice with the use of Reiki, Massage and Essential Oils and wow, what a treat! Yoga feeds my mind and soul and its not so bad for the body either! If I could bottle the feeling which I get, and everything that I currently gained from Rebecca and Your Studio and sold it for a penny, I would be a very rich person. Give this place ago, once you do, be prepared to be addicted. This is a truly blissful beautiful place.
