Fantastic experience: A spectacular setting, a beautiful space, great class, altogether made for a calm, and refreshing experience.

Negative experience: Super friendly and kind staff, but quality of work definitely wasn't worth the cost. Wouldn't recommend this place at all - Unsure they are qualified or nothing ?

Fantastic experience: A gorgeous studio with wonderful instructors. New to the area, I felt so welcomed at this studio during my time in Wellington as a home away from home. My experience here was nourishing, juicy, energizing, and restorative. And as an added bonus - we once saw dolphins jumping and playing in the bay during practice! Magical.

Fantastic experience: I stayed at an Airbnb next to this yoga studio so was very happy to find that I can run right over for a morning ARISE yin yang class. Check in online was easy. The instructor was so welcoming & lovely. The classroom was very pretty with stunning views thru the large windows in front. The class was relaxing & wonderful. The drop-in rate is beyond reasonable & I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Fantastic experience: Space is a special place - from the views, studio design and most importantly incredible, caring and mindful teachers. A real testament to Lara and Oliver’s vision and love for yoga, and community.

Negative experience: So unimpressed. I pre booked a class here (and they knew I was coming because my friends hired a mat for me!) and they LOCKED ME OUT because I arrived at 6.01 for a 6pm class!!! Fair enough to have a zero tolerance policy for lateness but you need to TELL PEOPLE, you can’t just pull a surprise move that if you’re a minute late you’ll forfeit your entire session. What a huge waste of time. Absolutely will not be coming back here.

Fantastic experience: It's a gem of a place - yoga/mindfulness studio at the top of Tangi Te Keo (Mount Victoria) with amazing 270 degrees from the city, up the harbour and out to Eastbourne and the bays. Beautiful teachers and atmosphere. It's quite the retreat from city, 5 minutes below ;)

Fantastic experience: I did the teacher training and would highly recommend. You're learning from experts in both yoga and in teaching. The experience was expertly crafted and I gained knowledge and experience in the most beautiful way, made some great friends, and had a lot of fun. I now have a beautiful deepened practice. And also a really strong foundation of yoga anatomy, technique, teaching methodologies, philosophy and ethics to utilise as a now practising teacher, and to continue learning this fascinating subject! Thank you Space!!!

Fantastic experience: Second only to doing yoga outdoors, Space studio provides incredible floor to ceiling views of ocean, trees and incredible sunrises. The space is heated during winter - with bifold windows to let the breeze in during the summer. The mix of classes offered is extensive and all the teachers I've experienced have been excellent. It has an aroha welcoming vibe and welcomes people of all abilities.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely stunning place to practice yoga. I've only been once as it's a tad far from where I live, but it's definitely worth the trip. Our teacher, Rosa, was lovely, and the class was a great mix of Yin and Yang

Fantastic experience: Ive just finished my two week trial & I was blown away. The teachers were all so welcoming. As a beginner I felt like I was on my own journey in each class I did. I needed some calmness in my life, and I experienced that and more. Ill be back. Thank you❤

Fantastic experience: Incredible setting for a yoga class. I attended the Sunday morning Yang Fusion with Claudio. The practice was a great balance of comfort and challenge, and the studio felt calm and lovingly set up. The group was kept at a good size, even though I can imagine they’d be booked out and able to squeeze in more students. The view over the water and mountains is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Great studio! Just be aware that if you arrive late they may have the door locked and you won’t be able to get in. Posting here for others hopefully to save them a trip if they think they’ll be late to a class.
