Yoga Sanctuary

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Yoga Sanctuary for 10 Years in July and I love the fact am still learning new poses. Each term works on a certain area of the body or chakra, and often builds on the previous term. The instructors are really great and they don't make me feel useless! With reasonably sized classes we all get personal attention and adjustment if needed. It is a lovely studio with natural light, mirrors to check yourself in and a forgiving cork floor. I thoroughly recommend it to everyone, no matter what your reason for practicing yoga this is a wonderful place to do it.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Yoga Sanctuary for a few years now and consider it a perfect place for practicing yoga. Gorgeous Studio, beautifully appointed and fabulous yoga teachers. The teachers are what makes a studio and they are all strongly educated and skilled whilst maintaining a friendliness and peacefulness that all assists to the overall enjoyment and relaxing nature of the experience.
