As one who has never been a fan of group exercise, I can safely say I’m attending three times a week religiously and love every second of it - well not the scooters, but almost every second!

It’s great how the exercises are increased with layers, which means the classes cater to everyone’s ability. I’ve never stuck with a workout routine for this long before, so it’s a testament to how amazing the instructors are!
Fantastic experience: I won a giveaway Common Ground were doing a couple years ago on Instagram and I am so glad I did. I’ve always been a bit intimidated by group fitness classes so it was the push I needed to go and I’m hooked now!! I go four times a week and I enjoy it so much I miss it on the days I don’t go. All the instructors are great and so encouraging and motivating (and just lovely people). I love how they are so inclusive of all different fitness levels and stages of life, I’ve been while pregnant and postpartum. Definitely recommend, but warning, you may become hooked!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the Common Ground Pilates Studio classes - especially the Tuesday 6am with Jess. Initially joined for recovery following an injury, but it's now a weekly event. Really appreciate how there are always options during the class depending on your ability but that there is motiviation to push yourself that little bit harder. Have even arranged a private class with family and friends to hopefully inspire them to - that was so much fun!

Fantastic experience: You guys totally rock! ❤️ It’s the most enjoyable exercise class I have ever done, tried many gyms over the years, this is hands down better than any of them, the lovely coaches really make it as fantastic as it is. They push us to challenge ourselves, as well as correct us and make sure we are doing the exercises correctly, not hurting our backs or neck. I’ve noticed great changes with my aging body, I plan on sticking with it for as long as I can :-)

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the Mum’s and bubs class on a Tuesday! Absolutely love it! There isn’t many things you can do for yourself as a Mum and take baby (fitness wise), it’s great that Jess and Kate can provide this. Suits all levels as they do a beginner version of the exercise and then add an intermediate level if you feel up to it. I appreciate that they take the time to learn your situation and where your at with your fitness and pelvic floor (especially after birth). Jess and Kate are both professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and are helpful with the babies if you need help or they need a cuddle. The studio has a great layout and vibe! It’s such a great place to go! I’ve been loving my classes. Thanks so much ladies, you’re incredible! Keep doing what your doing, Abby x
Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Common Ground a year ago when i was trying to gain back strength and get to know my postpartum body after 2 kids. The schedule fits in with toddlers and daycare, my body is challenged every single session, each instructor is so attentive and kind. They can adapt to injuries/capabilities and all bring their own unique flair and fun to each class. I have found a little community that i never want to leave!

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with exercise for as long as I can remember, and I had never gone to a group fitness class before. I built up the courage to take a class at common ground after seeing their Instagram page. All I can say is that I have never felt so welcome, heard and not judged in the slightest. Kate & Jess both individually introduced themselves, showed me 1:1 how to use the reformer, and re assured my anxiety! Fantastic experience: What first started off as rehab from an injury quickly became a twice weekly addiction! My body has changed for the better, in ways I never imagined! The variety of classes keeps me aiming for more and more complex and strength conditioning moves! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Common Ground my journey started about 2 years ago, as i suffer from MS I was a bit nervous about how I would go but the girls at Common Ground are all so helpful and supportive. It's been a huge help to me with my balance and strength of my muscles. Would recommend giving it a go no matter age or ability as the classes offer layers so it can be done to your ability and it's surprising the improvements that you make.

Fantastic experience: I love going to reformer pilates at Common Ground Srudio twice a week! I've always wanted to try it & I'm so glad I did - now, I can't do without it. It's challenging but SO good! I do a lot of other training at the gym, as well as umpire netball & going to pilates has really accentuated that training, I've gotten so much stronger & every week we working on those 'buns of steel' Jess & Kate are absolutely lovely & the most amazing instructors too, making it all the more an essential & exciting part of my life.
