Our committed team of fitness instructors will complete a personalised health assessment with each member before customising an exercise programme tailored to your fitness needs.

At Richmond Aquatic Centre we have over 35 + group fitness classes per week, including Les Mills Group Fitness, Aqua Classes, Boxercise, Boot Camps and specialized programmes.

Relax in our Sauna or soak it up in our Spa! Better yet dive into one of our 7 pools with complimentary access included in all fitness memberships

Our modern fitness centre provides the perfect  environment for reaching your fitness goals with qualified friendly staff, a large range of equipment, multi-functional rig, outdoor training area, personal training, health and nutrition advice, and complimentary personalised gym programmes.  

Working one on one with a specialist trainer will ensure that every workout pushes you one step closer to your goals. You will learn the skills that you can use throughout your life to reach your goals and maintain them.

Halie & Jamie met at a gym in Christchurch 19 years ago. After 3 different towns and 4 different gyms they joined Richmond Aquatic Centre 5 years ago. They love the location, the friendly staff, the variety of classes, and the chill atmosphere. Jamie had a couple of knockbacks this year he was diagnosed with menieres disease at the start of the year and during lockdown he was diagnosed with diabetes. The diabetes caused a big weight loss and he has had to find his way with his work outs and food in the like. It’s a family affair with CLM, Tayla their teenage daughter is a member too!Advice to newbies….‘We were all new once stick with it and push through your comfort zones.’

We offer both lump sum and easy pay direct debit options. You can sign up in our facility or online.

Your gym membership gives you access to our fitness centre including complimentary fitness assessments & gym programmes, unlimited use of our spa & sauna, access to all of our Group Fitness classes.

Please get in touch with us at the facility if you wish to cancel your membership.

We offer a range of options for access into the facility from casual admission, concession passes and memberships.

You can pay your overdue amount on the Debit Success website. Use your account reference number which can be found on your contract or on your bank account statement. Alternatively, you can call Debit Success: 09 481 0400.

Positive experience: It was busy and jam packed with equipment which make moving around and finding space challenging but the staff are great, everyone is friendly and the equipment is well maintained.

Fantastic experience: 100% best gym I've been to. Even better now, open 24/7. Good price, great facilities and amazing staff. I love that I can go to a class or do my own workout. Plus full access to the pool and sauna. How good!
