Pilates Aligned: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Love Sherry's Pilates classes! It's very friendly and age inclusive, with many exercises scaled for different abilities and tolerances. One of the more affordable options for Pilates in the Eastern Suburbs. The class is in the Salvation Army hall.
Fantastic experience: Best pilate class. I've joined more than a year ago and still love it. Sherry is a great and always find the best moves that suits your needs.
