Fantastic experience: Beautiful studio with a relax and fun atmosphere. Classes will make you feel like you’ve had an intense full body workout without getting bored or wanting it to end. As a bonus, the core and stability muscles I’ve discovered and engaged in the last 8 weeks have allowed me to run and hike pain-free for the first time in years.
