Fantastic experience: Ashley at Milford Physiotherapy exceeded all my expectations. He treated me as a friend, not a "number". His knowledge appears to be extremely thorough, and he clearly has a particular interest in running form and injury prevention. I came to him with a number of running injuries, and through video analysis and practical advice, great strides (no pun intended!) were made in all my niggles. The fees are also very reasonable, especially when you consider the level of care provided. Could not recommended Ashley and the company enough.
