The staff are very professional and experienced but also a lot of fun, which helps with maintaining motivation.

Positive experience: Located inside Kensington Mall, split between two locations ( I went to wrong office first but correct spot was only 20 meters away. Professional and friendly service. Appears to be parking behind Mall but looked pretty full.
