Teen Strength & Conditioning Tuesday and Thursday at 4.30pm for 45 minutes. Classes will be small so that instructors can focus on good alignment and posture and will include a mix of cardio and core and conditioning. Classes will start with cardiovascular fitness, before moving onto strength training. They will also include an abdominal and core work component and we will use a variety of props to add balance and stability challenges. Enjoy !

A 2019 study found that, for older adults, a variety of exercise programs can lead to modest but meaningful increases in participants' grip strength — and they don't necessarily have to include actual gripping exercises. The programs ranged from Tai Chi to water aerobics to walking, stretching, and all kinds of resistance training.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited Debbie the physio here for various injuries and she is phenomenal. She is constantly studying and is up to date on the latest and greatest research. She listens and is amazing at finding what needs fixing to sort me out. I had a ankle broken in 3 places and she was exceptional at helping me get through the recovery process.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to write a review as I felt that the one review dragging them down was unjust and unnecessary. I’ve been doing Mums and Bubs Pilates here for a couple of months now and can attest to how awesome this place is. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, including the receptionists and instructors. There’s a really good, healthy vibe in the place and you can see that everyone loves their job, which makes such a huge difference. Even to relative beginners, like myself, everyone is very welcoming. Also, prices probably aren’t displayed on the website as they want people to reach out and talk to them about what they need. Everything is very tailored to each individual and there are no ‘one class fits all’ shortcuts taken.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I used to live around the corner and even after moving away I still drive back to go to the gym. The classes are small, the instructors know you by name and your injuries/abilities, and you get to know everyone else who attends, it's the most wonderful little community, can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: These guys helped me after I gave birth to my twins and my back and abs needed to recover. Then another time when I pulled a neck muscle. Both times they were excellent - very skilled therapists and effective both times. Hard to find a place that's good for this sort of stuff so I'm glad I can share this.
